Luggage Services
- Please note: Package quantity should be the number of luggage
- All luggage should be separated rather than being bundled or attached with any other item, including but not limited to plastic bags, traveling pillows, and small traveling bag(s)
- Luggage : Any dimension for a luggage shall not be larger than 1 meter, and maximan rate shall not be heavier than 25 kg
- Special Item : Any items which is requested for a special handling such as sport equipment and music instruments, baby carriage, wheel chair, etc
- The luggage must not contain any illegal, dangerous, prohibited, risky, or suspicious item
- All luggage should be separated rather than being bundled or attached with any other item, including but not limited to plastic bags, traveling pillows, and small traveling bag(s)
Additional information
- Kindly check operational hour each branch. You can store luggage or belongings during service hour only
- A piece of luggage is defined under the regulation of airlines and can be checked or carried with the flight which the customer will take
- If you deposit your luggage 30 minutes after the scheduled deposit time, the booking will be considered as a no show and no refunds will be given
- In the event that your usage does not meet the booking details, or if the booking is out of service conditions, additional charges shall be applied and have to be paid directly to AIRPORTELs
- If you collect the luggage at service counter on a different date from the drop off date, additional charge applies for collection done after the 24 hours (THB100/day/piece) has to be paid directly to AIRPORTELs staff
- If you want to pick up any belongings from the luggage during storage, the customer have to retrieve all belongings and close the order

we left our luggage in incosiam since there is no big storage in skywalk. they said it is not advisable to bring big bags. this storage space is so helpful for us tourist who would like to travel around without big luggages.
We flew to Phuket and left our baggage in airportels Don Mueng for 4 days. We don’t have any issues with our luggages upon pick up. This is very helpful for those tourist sho will fly to another province in Thailand.
I had a pretty late flight so I booked the luggage service @ Central World. It is located in the hug Thai section next to ChaTraMue. When I got there, there was a long line. They scan the code and took my luggage. It was a quick and easy process. I went back to pick up before they closed, she was on a break so I had a wait a bit. it was an overall great experience, central world is only 2 stops from airport link. I was able to do some last minute shopping before heading to the airport. highly recommended!
We flew to phuket and left our luggage in the airport. We are so happy they are offering this for tourist. This is cery helpful so we don’t need to pay fro baggae allowance in planes.

On the last day of my trip, I had a late night flight, so I checked out of my hotel in Sukhumvit at noon and left my luggage there. The location is very convenient as it is directly connected to Asoke Station. It was on the JAPAN floor of Terminal 21. I was able to leave my luggage there until just before 10pm, so I was able to enjoy walking around Bangkok with almost nothing in my hands. I will use it again.

was not able to take pictures of the storage area itself but it looked safe and secure. transaction was also super easy - drop off and pick-up.
On the last day in Pattaya, I checked out of the hotel and went to the airport in the afternoon. The flight was at 01:55 in the morning. The airport happened to provide luggage storage, so I stored my large luggage at the airport first, went to Terminal 21 for a walk, and then went to the Qiaode Night Market in the evening. This service is really convenient and worth recommending. I will use it again next time I come.
