- Regarding delivery orders, merchants will provide the package tracking number via email 1-2 days prior to the selected delivery date.
- The delivery company will contact the customer on the day of delivery to arrange a delivery time.
- If the customer cannot be reached within 2 days after the first delivery attempt, the delivery will be canceled and the product returned to the merchant's warehouse. A refund will be provided to the customer after deducting two shipping fees (TWD300) (one fee for providing the delivery service to the customer, and one fee for shipping the product back to the merchant's warehouse).
- If there are any unusual odors or damages, please contact our staff for assistance with exchanges or call our specialists to report the exchange. You can find the contact information on your confirmation voucher.

It is very convenient and not expensive to receive the goods at the hotel. However, there was no phone message or email confirmation a day or two before delivery. I asked klook and found out that the goods would be delivered directly to the hotel.

The goods were not delivered and I was not contacted. I contacted the store by email and phone but there was no response (with pictures). I contacted the customer service for two days but it was not resolved. The robot responded or I was told to wait for 3-5 minutes, and then there was no response. I have experienced online shopping with Klook for the past few times. Although I can use cool coins to replace them, I can't just buy them at the same price.
I only made a request to Klook to change my hotel reservation number and other details, but they canceled it without my permission. What's more, it wasn't Klook that contacted me, but the sales company contacted me and said, "Klook has canceled your reservation, so we can't ship it. Is that okay?" That's when I found out. After that, I was told that I would contact Klook and check and get back to you, but I haven't heard anything at all! It's the worst!
The packaging is very complete! Every flavor is delicious! Especially the scallion cake nougat is very fresh and has no oil consumption. The nougat is also very delicious. The Nanzao walnut cake is also very fresh and not too sweet or sticky.
Delivered on time, bought six boxes cheaper than PChome, the date of manufacture is new, and the nougat pancakes are especially delicious
