My booking via Klook was not automatically confirmed. I booked one day before my scheduled departure from Sydney but the company did not call me. I had to call SSS (their partner) directly. SSS was accommodating and the driver was very approachable.
Since the operator is connexon, our order system is assigned to various drivers, just like Uber. However, the order dispatch and computer system are slow during long holidays. It is best to call the hotel half a day in advance to catch up! I booked a car, but the driver couldn’t find a hotel! In the end, the driver didn't receive the order at all. Fortunately, we made it to the plane.
