The Brick Ecological Tank operates like a miniature ecosystem, where living and non-living things interact with each other to achieve a balance.
- All organisms in the aquarium are interdependent and none of them can be missing. The fish breathe the oxygen produced by the water plants and swim leisurely among the water plants. The water plants use the carbon dioxide exhaled by the fish to carry out photosynthesis, and the horn snails eat algae to purify the water quality.
