Private Transfers to Yas Island Abu Dhabi Attractions

Mr Zeeshan was our rider. He had come before time at the pick up time. Drive was very smooth to Yas island. He gave us some insights about the island which is very appreciable, since we were travelling there first time. He is very polite and very helpful. While coming back he came all they way to entrance to pick us up because we went wrong way initially. I recommend this drive if any one wants to take and ask for zeeshan on special request. In all was a great ride and a day full of adventure in yas island. Thank you for the service. I took the ride with protection plan which cost few AED more but worth taking it.

Got late driver details by travel agent. He was not aware about booking. So wasted my time with agent as he had transfer our booking to other company. But at last all was perfect due to booked by klook. Thanks team klook for instant support.

I would like to bring to your attention that I was been asked to pay the overtime charge of 50 AED per hour after the 8 hrs transportation from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. There was no mentioning of this overtime charge during my booking and yesterday I went through one more time and still do not find any such clause. Before the trip, I have requested to fetch us at 7:30am to Yas Marina Circuit 10am tour and it was agreed that no issue since it is within the same proximity and overtime charge was not highlighted too. Yesterday morning, I need to text the driver (Royal Wings) and one staff Minaam claiming he’s from Klook to confirm the timing from 5am. Luckily, it was confirmed at around 6:30am that the pickup is fine at 7:30am. The driver was punctual and it took us 90min to reach Ferrari World though I have instructed him to drop us at Yas Marina Circuit. With an hour left from reporting to the tour, we were luckily to catch a taxi at Ferrari World to send us to Yas Marina Circuit. It costed us an additional of 25 AED. Moreover, when the driver asked us when will we be leaving and I told him that I will message him when we are almost done with the rides and approximately around 4pm. There was also no mention of the overtime charge. Thus, we proceed with our circuit tour and Ferrari World with no time pressure. We completed our circuit tour and proceed to Ferrari World. We have another shock when we were told that the Ferrari World ( with meal) we purchased from Klook cannot claim or redeem the meal voucher at the theme park. I have email to Klook yesterday noon for a reason and seeking refund for meal but till now still no response. We have spend another 295 AED for a 4 persons lunch in the park. While we will enjoying all the rides, out of sudden I received a text from the driver at 3pm asking when we are leaving and it has exceeded the 8 hours and overtime charge will incur if we stay longer. This was another shocker and make my mood switch from happy to moody and frustrated when I saw the ‘overtime charge’ wording. Thus, I text Minaam on this and he said that this was stated when I purchased via Klook, which I still do not find it till now. Without wasting time, I told my kids to play whatever they have yet to play and will leave at 4:30pm with an additional of 50AED as confirmed by Minaam. We left at 4:20 pm disappointing. The journey back was also an unpleasant one as we estimated that we were reached hotel at most around 5:45 pm but failed. We reached at around 6:25pm which took more time that the morning 90min. During the trip back, I was keeping track on the route via my GPS and found that we were on track to reach to at 5:45 but out of sudden the car detoured to use another route instead of a straight route which will take 29min to reach hotel. The detour route took us another 45min by passing Global Village and IMG world which were not seen in the morning journey. We should take the E11 but he detoured using E36 and the driving was reckless and nearly caused accident for changing lanes. We noticed that he was lost as he activated his phone GPS and listened via his ear pieces- maybe afraid that we heard the GPS as he didn’t use it in the morning. We were monitoring our own GPS throughout the journey. When we reached hotel, he requested 210 AED for the overtime. I told him that 50 AED was agreed by Minaam if we leave at 4:30pm. Driver (Ali) said that Minaam do not know the new revise rate as he was in Pakistan (I really did not understand what is the meaning of this). Ali said that the overtime charge is 70AED per hour and we exceeded 3 hours and thus 210AED. We did not want to argue with him and paid him 210AED. After paying him, I immediately message Minaam for reasoning on why 50 AED become 210AED. After checking and some disagreements, he said Ali will come to the hotel to return 210 AED to me. Waiting for Ali to come by delaying our dinner, Ali return 60 AED to me. Then I told him that Minaam confirmed is to return 210AED and not 60 AED. Ali said Minaam do not know the rate and he contacted his boss and was told to return 210 AED. However, we finally only took 60 AED back from him by using 50 AED per hours (3h) instead of 70 AED per hour. Apologies for this lengthy email. This email have 3 objectives: 1) agreed destination at Yas Marina Circuit failed resulted additional 25 AED 2) Ferrari World with meal vouchers unable to redeem at the park resulted additional 295AED 3) overtime charges was not stated anyway either it is 50 or 70 AED. Resulted additional 150AED. I would like to seek a refund on the meal vouchers which was not promised. The rest of the lost we will take it as a lesson learn for not using Klook or Klook transportation. So far, I have a few unpleasant in this trips using Klook which you have read in the Klook activities review i.e. Desert Safari and Abu Dhabi Full day tour with Louvre to add on to the above. Hope Klook can keep a close monitoring on their partnerships with the 3rd parties tour agents.

Transport Review: Dubai to Abu Dhabi I recently booked a round-trip transport from Dubai to Abu Dhabi through Klook, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, our driver was 20 minutes late for our initial pickup, which was frustrating but manageable. However, the situation worsened when the driver, who was supposed to pick us up from our hotel, ended up waiting across the road, forcing my family to cross traffic to locate his vehicle. This lack of communication and coordination was concerning and added unnecessary stress to our journey. Additionally, the voucher we purchased clearly stated it was for a round-trip transfer from our hotel to Ferrari Park. However, there was no mention of specific pick-up times. I assumed we could return at our convenience before the park closed. To my surprise, the driver informed us that if we didn't reach the hotel by 4:30 PM, we would incur an additional fee of AED 50 per hour. This seemed unreasonable, especially since we arrived in Abu Dhabi at 11 AM, and with a 1.5-hour return trip, we would need to leave the park by 3 PM to avoid extra charges. It felt like we were being penalized for wanting to enjoy our time at the park rather than rushing back. To make matters worse, the car we were transported in was dirty, with leftover food still in the vehicle. This lack of cleanliness did not instill confidence in the service we were receiving. Moreover, the driver's response time to our messages was extremely slow, making communication frustrating when we had concerns. Overall, this experience was disappointing and did not meet the expectations set by the Klook booking. I would recommend considering other transport options in the future to avoid the issues we faced.

worst service ever after waiting for 1.30 hrs , this guy never answered the call , and no car came for pickup , we spoilled oir time waiting and as a result had our plans for ferrari world got delayed and screwd , paid double fare for a taxi and wasted our time in the hotel lobby sitting where we should have been enjoying our day at ferrari world disgusting and not at all trust worthy , i asked for refund of the fare with klook and they have still not replied about the same , truly unprofessional service ... its a shame that klook had tied us with these guys , it was the worst experience i ever had, the kids were all upset and they ruined our holiday
