- Please ensure you are in good health. Individuals with conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or pregnancy are not suitable for this experience and should not register.
- Please inform us if you have any pre-existing or current medical conditions, such as dizziness, arthritis injuries, heart disease, pregnancy or childbirth within the past year, high blood pressure, major surgery, stroke, diabetes, or other medical conditions (such as asthma; please bring your own medication). The supplier will make special arrangements based on your individual situation. The supplier will not be held legally responsible for any accidents that occur if you fail to inform us.
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes will not be allowed to join or continue the tour and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please complete the activity registration form in its entirety. This includes personal information related to insurance, height, and weight, so that we can prepare the activity equipment for you.
- SUP is inherently free, but it is more susceptible to wind and waves. All experiences must prioritize safety. Please listen carefully during the operation training.
- During the activity, please follow the instructor's instructions. Our company is not responsible for any consequences resulting from unauthorized departures or unsafe behavior against instructions.
- This activity may be adjusted in terms of navigation distance and content based on the conditions of each group and weather factors. Adjustments to the itinerary due to weather and wave conditions will not be grounds for a refund.
- No refunds will be given for uncompleted voyages due to sudden changes in weather, safety considerations, or personal reasons during the activity.
- If we notify you before the activity that the weather and sea conditions are unfavorable and unsuitable for sailing, you can choose to postpone or receive a refund. If, on the day of the activity, the on-site leader or coach determines that the sea conditions are unfavorable or unsafe for sailing due to safety concerns and announces the cancellation of the activity on-site, you can choose to postpone or receive a refund after deducting NT$100 per person for personnel, administrative processing, and insurance costs.
