- Step 1: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the device. It may take up to 30 seconds to search for a network

Highly recommend this pocket wifi. We arrived at 1am in Bali airport they were already close but they deliver it to our hotel at 7am which is convenient. They ask for a 3,000 php deposit and we got it back after returning the item at the airport. Reliable internet connection. We used it in Kuta, Ubud and Nusa Penida.
the klook counter is easy to find at the Ngurah Rai Bali airport. As soon as you are in the arrival hall after you exit the airport. Their place is big as they are catering to different tourist activities too where you can book directly like transport. services or tour activities while you are in Bali. the staff is approachable and can speak good english.
The Klook staffs were really nice to wait for us because we had really early flights from Philippines to Bali and vice versa. They answer to our queries and assist us with all our concerns. Pocket wifi works in every place we’ve been to but sometimes signal gets weaker in far areas which is expected. Overall, we maximize the internet usage and did not encounter any major problem. Recommended!
one of the best service ever so far. network and customer service are few things that I will say the best deal ever. I would highly recommend visitors being couple or family have this services for your convenience.
We had a hard time at first looking for this as they do not have a booth. but when we saw the Klook booth at the airport, they assisted us. The provider also emailed us prior to arrival. The device was ready to use as it was already charged and we were able to use this in the whole island.
It was very useful. We even used it in Nusa Penida. It’s just that, they don’t have a kiosk upon arrival at the Bali airport, so you have to find the guy holding a signage. But we didn’t find him so i was constrained to call. He nevertheless went where we are fast.

The wifi was easy to claim. A representative will meet you at the airport arrival gate. The signal is ok, we were even able to use it in Nusa Penida.
We were able to stay connected to the internet all throughout our stay. The pick up and return is hassle free.
