Due to the holiday, we arrived at the hotel around 2 PM and couldn't check in immediately. We were given an early bird pass, which allowed us to enjoy the water park and hot springs early. We finally got our room around 4 PM. The room felt a bit old, but the location was convenient; the hot spring entrance was just around the corner. The hot spring swimming pool was very large, and the kids absolutely loved the electric boats. The long opening hours meant we could even go play after eating the hotel's buffet dinner, which was excellent and very extensive, with outstanding beef ribs and delicious roast goose. Room View: Convenient. Near the main lobby and close to the entrance of the Spring World, the water-view rooms offer direct pool views. Service: The staff were friendly, but they didn't provide detailed location information. Cleanliness: Clean, with staff regularly tidying the premises and providing room services. Breakfast & Dinner (Buffet): A wide variety of food options. Recreational Facilities: Outdoor hot springs and poolside water activities are integrated, covering a very large area. However, due to the rainy season, the pool water cleanliness was 3 stars. Other Facilities: The resort offers various recreational facilities, including billiards, KTV, card games, a gym, beauty and massage services, family-friendly amenities, children's go-karts, and motorized water activities. Transportation Convenience: The entire resort offers shuttle services for guests. Additionally, there are over 300 parking spaces available for guests who drive. Ride-sharing services can enter the resort for pick-up and drop-off.

This Valentine's Day, my husband and I took the high-speed train to the Grand Noble Hotel in Tangxia, Dongguan, to soak in the hot springs. It was so nice and relaxing, and it eliminated long-term fatigue! This hotel claims that its hot spring is a genuine hot spring, and I also feel that my skin is better and I feel more energetic after soaking in it! My husband and I like the pressure water shower in the Turkish bath area the most. There are two large water columns. When you press the button, the water will spray powerfully on your body. You can move your body to adjust the water pressure, so that the water shoots on your shoulders, butt, etc. It's a very refreshing and healing feeling! Other pools such as red wine, coffee, tea garden, skin beauty, and fat reduction pools are also great! In addition, the best part of the included dinner buffet is the desserts, which are very beautiful and exquisite, and very delicious! We will go again to relax if we have the chance!

The hotel is very big, with many rooms. My room has a terrace facing a lake, where you can kayak. Guests can park for free, and there are indoor and outdoor parking lots. The hot spring is more than 100 meters away from the hotel, about 5 minutes' walk. You can also take a free golf kart. The hot spring and swimming pool are together, covering a large area, with many different hot springs to soak in. I believe there will be a lot of people in the swimming pool in the summer, and there is also a small water park. There are many food choices in the morning, and it is also very comfortable to sit. There is an extra-large playroom in the hotel, which is very suitable for children to play. You can play for 24 hours for ¥168. I went to play again after breakfast the next day. It includes two pairs of non-slip socks, 10 game tokens and a bumper car. Overall, I am very satisfied and will come again in the summer.

Great value for money. The hotel rooms are spacious and have balconies. The hot spring area is also large, with nearly 30 pools of various sizes. The breakfast and dinner buffets are quite extensive and highly recommended. The staff are also very friendly.

Two-day, one-night experience summary: The hotel overall is quite good. It's a self-contained resort on a hill, basically meeting the needs of both adults and children. If possible, I'd recommend a three-day, two-night stay for a more relaxed experience, as it won't feel as rushed: - For children, in addition to a large water slide and water park, there's also an indoor ball pit and some children's facilities suitable for elementary school-aged kids. Most of the water slides are 1-1.2 meters deep, while some central areas of the pools are 1.7 meters deep (swim caps are required in most areas). You can rent water boats or small jet skis for the water slides for $68-99/hour. There's a snack bar near the pool offering ice cream and snacks to curb hunger, and free herbal tea is also available nearby to quench your thirst. - For adults, there are 38 hot spring pools with temperatures ranging from approximately 38 to 42 degrees Celsius. Swim caps are also required if you plan to swim. If it rains, indoor pools are available. Towels are provided near the pools, so you don't need to bring towels from your room. Additionally, the main building offers paid rental of KTV rooms, billiard rooms, etc., as well as a gym and wet and dry saunas. - Regarding dining, the evening buffet runs from 17:30-21:00 with no time limit (but you need to book in advance; otherwise, walk-ins will have to wait for standby, and might not get a table until after 19:00). The buffet offers standard fare, nothing particularly surprising (though the roasted goose, famous in Dongguan, is worth trying). The breakfast buffet, from 07:00-10:00, was a pleasant surprise and doesn't require booking (but don't go too late, as it can be hard to find a seat). There's a wide variety of food, the only downside being that ice cubes are not readily available and you need to ask staff for them (as I drink iced Americano). There are also Chinese and Western restaurants available for an additional charge (but I haven't tried them, so I can't comment). - In addition to the facilities mentioned earlier, you can use the hotel's electric shuttle carts for free transportation around the resort. The main building houses the lobby, buffet, and some indoor facilities. Other buildings also have some indoor facilities (I didn't visit all of them). There's also a large outdoor grassland area that the electric carts will take you to, where activities are usually held in the evening. You can pay to barbecue and relax there. Next to it, there's an indoor tennis court available for rent. - As for the hotel rooms, although it's rated five-star, I'd say it's closer to four and a half stars due to its age (likely over ten years old). It's a generally standard hotel. One minor issue was a slight odor in the toilet, possibly due to a drainage problem, and the pillows were quite soft. Overall, it's quite good, and a short three-day, two-night package is definitely worth it!

The hot springs are so comfortable, the place is spacious and clean, and the service is excellent. It's perfect for family trips. The buffet food is delicious and offers many choices, plus there are performances. The environment is comfortable and the place is very large. I initially purchased a 3-person package: 1 night in a guest room (including buffet breakfast for 3 + buffet dinner for 3 + unlimited access to the water park). After arriving at the hotel and seeing that the environment was good, I upgraded to a two-story villa area after being introduced by the front desk. Opening the living room door allows you to go directly to the swimming pool, and it is also closer to the hot spring area. This Klook package is good, including buffet breakfast and dinner, saving me the trouble of taking a taxi out to eat. The hotel's outdoor facilities include a water park, hot springs, and a prairie where you can pay to play bicycles, go-karts, and take a lake tour. Indoors, there is mahjong, a fitness center, and a claw machine area. For lunch, I chose the hotel's Chinese restaurant. I recommend choosing a set menu, which is more cost-effective and has ample portions. Dinner was a Western-style buffet. The food was also rich and characteristic, including hot pot, grouper, and beef freshly cut on the spot. Finally, I would like to praise Zoey, the young lady at the front desk. She was very considerate, polite, and earnestly introduced the fun places in the hot spring hotel. She also reminded us of meal times and precautions via WeChat and sent a fruit plate, which was very heartwarming. A two-day and one-night trip is really not enough time to enjoy all the hotel facilities. Next time, when I come again with my family and friends, I will also choose the Klook platform. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's generally acceptable. Because of the swim-up rooms, there's constant humidity, which sometimes causes a slight odor in the rooms. I noticed there's an air freshener in the room, and both the room and the resort grounds are well-maintained. There are many facilities and activities; three days and two nights weren't enough time to enjoy everything. We also purchased the buffet dinner, which offered a good variety of food. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all our questions in detail and even guiding us to places, which I really appreciate.
