While the space looked clean, the setting wasn’t very relaxing due to the bright lighting. Unfortunately, the experience was disrupted twice as the therapists had to leave to answer the door or phone. It was disappointing that there wasn’t a dedicated receptionist to handle these interruptions. Considering the abundance of massage parlors in the area and the small price difference on Klook (only about $2 less than their standard rate), we wouldn’t return. The lack of attention to customer comfort and professionalism made the experience less enjoyable.
