at first when I booked the wanted to do an in hotel massage but eventually clarified and said they could also do at spa in seminyak. note: not located in sanur as the boucher says
The massage ie actually located in one of their hotel rooms with pool view. The massage was alright. Could be better.
I changed it to a visit and received it. It feels halfway between acupressure and oil, and after receiving it, my body feels moderately heated and relaxed.
I mistakenly called to come to the room, so I applied for going. Afterwards, we talked and changed it to a visit, and I was able to receive it.
It's in a 3 star hotel! The massage was good, but it was a little late for the appointment, so our schedule was a bit messed up. The facility is at the level of a cheap massage shop! But it was really cool. After that, I got a more expensive massage, but the painful part is still the same, so I think it was right for you to do it well! I recommend it to anyone who doesn't care about facilities! :)

It was great and we loved it .
The photos in the ads are misleading. the place was not nice. its a small room without nice ambiance. the bathroom was dirty and they dont even provide towel to shower. the bath gel was out and they dotn even give slippers. its the worst spa experience ive ever experience in my life. The masseur technique wasnt up to the standard and overall experience doesnt worth it. I wanna treat my friend with the package but we ended up very disappointed.

The massage was fine. The pressure is a little too soft. However, there is a great ambience and the therapist are friendly and always smiling.
There is no option to give zero star. Very bad and dirty one corner room and not having proper massage table. This hotel do advertise online and if any body trap in their net then they hire therapist from outside. But fortunately therapist was good but they don’t know the English so they explain you about the treatment. I suggest everyone if you want to spoil your Bali trip then you book.
