Car was spacious and comfortable. Driver was patient, and gave us an overview of Xi'an and a rough itinerary of what can be done at each venue. Definitely a plus point from squeezing in with a huge tour group.

Driver Mr Li was kind and friendly. We were a family of 7 people, and Mr Li’s mini bus was clean and comfortable. We visited Terracotta Warrior site and Huaqing Palace, and the travel was smooth. Thank you so much Mr Li for taking care of us!
Since we only have 2 days in Xi'an it's better to get a private driver. Mr Liu is punctual and make an effort to do translation to English. He recommended shopping areas and brought us to Muslim restaurant. Efficient and good service

The driver was very, very, very (x 10000) a good person. Kind and kind, and considerate to make our travel as easy and comfortable as possible, and at the end of the tour, we asked to drop off at Wanda Mall instead of the hotel. Just like my dad haha Keep the car clean and stop over-shopping. On this trip, the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Hwacheong Palace was very good, but it was so nice to meet a 'person' who is more beautiful than flowers!!
The master is very polite and has excellent driving skills. Every time he goes to a scenic spot, he will explain it. I look forward to meeting him again on my next trip.
I went to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses during the Chinese New Year, and the driver was very polite.Even though there were a lot of people, I decided on a meeting place in advance and was able to pick me up without any problems. People who don't have much time can do their own original activities, so they can travel efficiently.
A convenient option if you have a planned itinerary. The car (a 6 seater Buick) was comfortable but tight for four adults. There wasn’t much space at the last row. Driver was friendly and warm. In comparison to three earlier experiences over the past week, I would rate this as satisfactory. But this company also offered the best deal and there weren’t similar options available in Klook.
