How to use:
- Select your delivery route, date, and time to make a reservation for a hands-free travel experience.
- You will receive an Order No. via email from LuggAgent within 24 hours.
- To ensure the service works smoothly, please add LuggAgent on social (LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram...). Information will also be in your confirmation email.
Service Process:
- Airport to Hotel: Send out luggage at the airport from 9 AM to 6 PM. Retrieve luggage at the hotel before 9 PM, same day.
- Hotel to Hotel: Store luggage at the hotel before 11 AM. Retrieve luggage at the hotel before 9 PM, same day.
- Hotel to Airport: Store luggage at the hotel before 11 AM. Retrieve luggage at the airport from 3 PM to 9 PM, same day.
!! Airbnb Orders Notice !!
- Send-Out From Airbnb: Please allow 30 minutes for the handover when meeting the driver on the roadside outside your Airbnb.
- Delivery to Airbnb: Please provide the Airbnb door lock password before 1 PM on the service day, as in-person handover is not available.
Luggage Guideline:
- Each bag must weigh 32kg (71lbs) or less.
- Each bag’s total length + width must not exceed 180cm (32 inches max per side).
- We accept suitcases, cartons, backpacks, strollers, and briefcases.
- Please ensure your booked luggage quantity matches your actual luggage. Extra luggage may be refused, and any loss will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If your luggage exceeds the limits at check-in, we may refuse it or charge an extra handling fee: $15 per bag for overweight/oversized luggage.

- For luggage delivery to and from the airport, please refer to the confirmation letter from LuggAgent
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- Present your passport or photo ID to retrieve your luggage.

Very convenient. It was advised to book 2hrs after flight arrival time which I did, but I was out of immigration and ready almost 1.5hrs earlier than the appointment time. Informed LuggAgent and they were OK to meet me 30 mins earlier. So I used the 1hr waiting time to eat breakfast and buy transport card. Once luggages were collected, a picture will be sent to me. Good service. I can enjoy touring without luggages for the day
This is my first time using this service. They should send an email to let customers know where their luggage is when it is collected or in transit, because I didn’t receive any notification! I had to arrive at the airport early to wait for my luggage. This service is really friendly to passengers on night flights👍

Because the accommodation I found wasn't among the hotel options, I had to add the Airbnb option. However, it needs to be booked at least 72 hours in advance. I decided on the number of bags too late, otherwise, I would have been charged an "Urgent Handling Fee." But this service really frees up your hands. Customer service was quite responsive, though there was a slight delay in picking up the luggage at the scheduled time. I recommend allowing an extra half hour to be safe. 😂 But in the end, I still got my luggage successfully! Remember to send back photos of your luggage and be there at the designated time to wait. Don't be late! 👍
Customer service followed up closely and promptly, and updated me after they picked up and dropped off my luggage’s.
Best experience ever! But just waited a bit longer (almost an hour for the pickup at Busan airport) I hope this can be improved.
