Get your luggage delivered between your accommodations to the airport with this express luggage delivery service. After check out, head straight to the beach, or do all of the tours you want to do without having to carry your luggage around! All you have to do is book, set the delivery time, and then claim your luggage at the airport after 15:00p.m. It's a safe and efficient process that makes sure that you have more time to feel at ease and to explore the rest of the city!

Luggage Services
- Pick up time for luggage delivery from the hotel to the airport must be at least 2 hour(s) before your flight departure time. Any extra cost due to an urgent request will be paid by the customer
- Luggage Weight Limit: No single bag may weigh more than 32kg or 71lbs
- The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32 inches (length and width total 180cm)
- Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack or bag (briefcase)
- All luggage will be sealed and wrapped

- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- For luggage delivery to and from the airport, please refer to the confirmation letter from LuggAgent
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
- The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Customers will be charged by credit card for additional bags which are not booked in the order
- If the delivery is delayed, LuggAgent will deliver client's luggage to the appointed address by Fedex, DHL without extra charge

I had a great time being able to move my luggage in advance and travel freely. The staff was very friendly, and I received my luggage in the same condition as when I left it without any problems. It was also nice to be able to keep in touch with the staff in charge via WhatsApp.
I was worried because there weren't many reviews, but I was able to use it thanks to the person who left a detailed review. I used it on the day I was checking out from Ayana Hotel to the airport. I left it in the lobby and sent a photo using WhatsApp chat that was emailed to me, but there was no chat saying I took it, but when I passed by after eating breakfast, I thought I must have taken it with me because I didn't have a suitcase. . If you have any questions, please let me know through chat. They will answer right away, so I think it will be resolved. Before picking up the suitcase, I received a message saying that the suitcase had arrived, so I was able to find it. It was nice to be able to travel comfortably without a heavy carrier for the remaining time.

Since the last accommodation was located deep inside Jimbaran, I was anxious but decided to check in my luggage first. Contrary to my worries, I am so glad I used it. I will definitely use it again next time!
It's convenient for sending luggage to the airport in advance, and the local staff are friendly. However, instead of having a pick-up location like in Thailand, the truck that picks up the luggage waits in the parking lot and then delivers the luggage on time. So, if you look at the terms and conditions, there is a penalty if you go over the appointed time. So, I recommend it to those who have a definite schedule. Once your luggage is loaded, a photo will be sent to you via WhatsApp.
Since it was an independent trip, I was worried about what to do with my luggage while moving between regions, but they responded right away to my questions and shared photos through Delivery, and even though KakaoTalk is not used often in Bali, they responded well through KakaoTalk.
First it was a little hard to find the meeting point because it was the first time for me to visit this airport. However, I contacted them via WhatsApp, and the driver contacted me separately few minutes later. I sent him a picture of my location and he found me right away! (Prepare yourself to send the driver a selfie with your location background so the driver knows how you look like!) :) I’d use this service again next time! Just rmb to take ur sunscreen out!!!
I was hesitant because there weren't any recent reviews, but since my flight from Bali was at night on the last day, I just trusted them and it was incredibly convenient! Communication via WhatsApp was immediate, and they kept sending photos at the agreed-upon times. I'll probably use them again next time.
The driver contacted me in the morning, took a picture of my luggage, and informed me of the location and classification of my luggage via WhatsApp. After some time, a photo came back saying that I had picked it up, so I was able to leave with peace of mind. In the afternoon, a photo of luggage waiting for its owner at the airport came again on WhatsApp, saying that it was a good trip to the airport. 1) There is a pick-up location at the very end of the Ngurah Rai International Airport international departure drop-off point. It's Gate 2, so don't look for it, but follow the direction of the car and go up to the end. Additional 2) There was no separate mention on the details page, but there was a message in the confirmation email saying that if Klook works, the ticket will not be accepted. And I was confused because I was told that if it was not a hotel, I would have to pay an additional 25 thousand dollars for the Inpulson fee. Please check this carefully before making a reservation.
