Tsuen Wan local flavours, reimagined for an elegant afternoon treat. In collaboration with Man Fung, the cherished heritage noodle house of Tsuen Wan, Bar 41 transforms time‑honoured local tastes into an exquisite afternoon‑tea experience.
Guests can enjoy barbecued Iberian pork puffs with buttery flaky pastry encasing rich filling, infused with the mellow aroma of aged tangerine peel, pan‑seared golden crab cakes brimming with sweet crab meat served alongside smooth, tangy tartar sauce, plus luxuriously soft pan‑fried duck liver paired with nostalgic Hong‑Kong‑style French toast.
The sweet selection features an array of delicate pastries hand‑crafted by Nina Patisserie: mini mango napoleons layered with bright mango cream, light mini strawberry cream sponge cake topped with strawberry cream, and mini Earl Grey raspberry cake that balances refined Earl Grey tea notes with fresh raspberry sharpness. The afternoon‑tea set finishes with Man Fung’s classic peanut and black‑sesame mochi; their chewy, pillowy outer skins enclose intensely flavoured fillings, brimming with nostalgic local charm.
Guests may also choose coffee or TWG tea to accompany their meal; the set costs HK$244 per person, with a minimum booking of two guests. Menu

It’s not wrong. It’s almost Valentine’s Day. I thought it was bad, but I couldn’t even call it.
Very good service, lunchtime not much people that day so the place is quiet enough, food is okay though price isn’t very attractive. A Champagne as a gift to celebrate Father’s Day. Overall a good experience :)
Dim sum is ok. But steaming is too long. The place is OK! Western-style buffet is a lot.

On Mother's Day, I took my mom, my dad, and the same girl to have a dim sum afternoon tea. My mom was so happy and satisfied. Staff Zhong Yi sent a flower to every mommy, so good!
Spacious and comfortable environment with sea view. Due to Mother's Day, the hotel representative sent a pink carnation to the left for Mommy, which was very heartwarming. The quality and variety of the food is okay, but the temperature of the food is not hot enough.

Very good experience and environment. It is located in the downtown area of Tsuen Wan, but it is a very high-rise building with far-reaching views.
The food here is convenient and the food is very good. There are English desserts and pastries and English Earl Grey tea. All in all, the price here is ok so I will see it again next time.
