Sydney Airport (SYD) Lounge Service by Plaza Premium Lounge

Nice place to enjoy a breakfast and have some rest before the flight. The lounge is full when I got there but the receptionist invite me to the lounge next door.

great lounge! this was a must before overseas travel to London as it gave me and my fiancé a relaxing place to rest and the breakfast was just what we needed after getting to the airport for 6am

I made a reservation to take a shower because my return flight from Sydney was at night. When I went to the lounge on the day of, it was full and there was a wait. However, when I explained to the staff that I had a reservation, I was able to use the SkyTeam Lounge next door. Therefore, the details of the Plaza Premium Lounge are unknown. Regarding the SkyTeam Lounge: - Shower Room: Explain that you want to use the shower at the reception and receive a tag, then hand it to the staff near the shower room. The shower room was clean and had towels, shampoo, body soap, etc. Usage time is 30 minutes. - Food: There were few varieties and the taste was average. Popular items disappeared quickly. Drinks included juice, beer, and wine. - Charging: The counter seats have outlets and UAB terminals for charging. There are none at the desks, so if you want to charge your devices, the counter is your only option.

nice lounge with good range of beverages & food. i will definitely use this service again to relax before boarding.

good to have a short stay before flight but shower needs extra payment cannot compare with Qantas and Cathay lounge

Because I needed to wait for family members, I had a long layover at the airport. After searching online, I found a place in Sydney Airport where travelers can rest. It's located in a hotel within arrival hall B. The lounge isn't large, more like a cafe with only about 7-8 tables, but each table has charging outlets. They continuously provide food and drinks. The food selection isn't extensive, but it still meets the basic meal needs of travelers. Drinks include coffee, tea, soda, beer, red and white wine, and champagne. For the price, I found it to be satisfactory.

first time using Klook and first time going to an Airport Lounge… as I’ve read previously reviews on the Plaza Premium Lounge and as we entered we were instantly upgraded to the First Class Lounge which was absolutely fantastic!!! great selection of drinks and food, very comfortable surroundings and friendly staff… will definitely be looking into booking again in the future A++

This was the second time I had taken up this offer, and again, it delivered great value. Due to the Plaza Premium Lounge being at capacity, I was moved to the Skyteam lounge next door, which is bigger, has more amenities, and offers a wider choice of food and drinks. The service was excellent and I will be looking at using the lounge deal for every flight out of Sydney.

Well worth the money especially when doing having long haul flights and in transit like I was. The space was comfortable and you were able to just chill. It was great you could drink from the bar. Food you could eat and snack as much as you like. Staff were very pleasant and hospitable.
