Singapore Changi Airport Lounge Service by Plaza Premium Lounge

The Plaza Premium Lounge at Changi Airport is a great place to relax before a flight. The lounge was clean, well organised, and had plenty of comfortable seating. Food options were solid, with hot Asian dishes, snacks, and a good drink selection including coffee and alcohol. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was calm despite the busy terminal outside. A very comfortable space to unwind, eat, and recharge before boarding.

The lounge is pack at night, but good news is Singapore Laksa is still available. Perfect for 3 hours for short visit.

Many of the USB A charging ports at the circular seating area are broken, and since I didn't bring an adapter, I couldn't charge my devices. I arrived around 7 AM, not long after they started serving food, so they were a bit slow in replenishing items. The Laksa had a very light flavor, so remember to add more seasoning to your liking. The coffee was good and different from what I'm used to in Taiwan. Alcohol requires an extra charge.

The lounge space was better than expected; it was great to have a place to rest or even sleep. The food selection was also quite good, and the shower facilities were fully equipped for a comfortable wash. I highly recommend purchasing access if you have a layover of 5 hours or more in Singapore.

You can take a shower there with towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, etc. You can charge your phone and eat as much as you want.

We offer a wide variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, orange juice, and many other soft drinks. For alcoholic options, draft beer and wine are available with free refills. Our dining selection includes a well-stocked salad bar, Laksa, Hainanese Chicken Rice, fried noodles, Chicken Rendang, and various soups. There are also large seating areas, perfect for relaxing. USB charging is available, but outlets are limited, so you may need an adapter. The staff were very kind and helpful to guests with children and those with disabilities. Highly recommended!

I used the lounge for about 2 hours because I was taking a late-night flight. I had mistakenly booked it for a time before I could go through boarding procedures, so I panicked and contacted customer support to see if I could change the time to a later slot. I explained my situation via chat, and it seemed like they tried to contact the lounge/an operator in Singapore, but there was no response, so they replied that they couldn't do anything further. In reality, I explained the situation to the lounge staff and they were able to accommodate me for 3 hours without any problems. The lounge staff were very helpful. I also used the shower, but the waiting list was long, and I had to wait 20-30 minutes (it's better to book it well in advance). The shower only had all-in-one soap, so it's best to bring your own. The water pressure was a bit weak, but it was reasonably clean. The food was buffet style with salads and hot dishes, and they also had laksa and chicken rice made to order, which were delicious. It was so crowded late at night that there was a line, so it’s better to make a reservation!

A great place to destress and relax after and prior to a flight. The food selection is good with a lot of Asian influence. There is also a coffee station. There are also charging ports (some do not work on all the seats...) The bathroom facilities are spotless so one can freshen up and change their clothes if necessary.
