I booked the Oahu Early Bird Whale Watching Tour with anticipation, but ultimately I was unable to board the boat. I arrived at the location around 9:05 AM, well before the departure time of 9:15 AM. However, the location indicated on the map in the Klook app was not the actual boarding point, 'Pier 8,' but a different location nearby. I kept wandering around trying to find the boarding location from that point, and by the time I finally found the correct location, the boat had already departed. I explained at the site that the app's map information was inaccurate, but I didn't even get to experience the tour and wasn't even able to get a refund. For others who will use this tour, please don't rely solely on the app's map and be sure to individually check the exact location of 'Pier 8' in advance before you go. I am very sorry to have experienced this on a trip that should have been enjoyable.
