The hotel features various recreational facilities suitable for guests aged three to eighty. Children can play in the outdoor playground or the indoor ball pit, and there are also baking classes designed for kids. The 1.2-meter (deep) outdoor swimming pool allows you to swim freely, and after your swim, you can immediately head to the hot spring area. The hot springs offer different temperatures, allowing guests to choose their preferred temperature and slowly enjoy the pleasure of soaking.

Our stay at the New World Hotel Qingyuan exceeded expectations! The shuttle service from the high-speed rail station directly to the hotel was excellent. The hotel's hot spring facilities were well-maintained, with clean pools and a beautiful environment, making for a very therapeutic hot spring experience. The children's playground was large and safe, and our kids had a wonderful time. The overall environment was comfortable, and the dining quality was also good. We highly recommend it for both family trips and relaxing getaways!

We had a wonderful and unforgettable time here. The hotel staff were enthusiastic, lively, and provided thoughtful service, which made our trip very smooth. Additionally, the hotel facilities are excellent; we played tennis for two days, and afterward, I enjoyed a very relaxing and blissful soak in the natural hot springs. It's definitely worth another visit!

The entire environment was especially quiet and comfortable. Perhaps because it was the off-season and a weekday when I visited, there were very few people. It felt like a secluded paradise. There was hardly anyone around when soaking in the hot springs or playing games, which made for an excellent experience. The staff were all very polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Next time, I should probably book a package that includes afternoon tea and dinner.

The weather wasn't great, and it was raining😆. Although the journey was a bit far, the environment here is very large, the greening is very beautiful, and the rooms are also very large. The best thing is that the balcony has a large bathtub, the overall feeling is good.

Our overall experience staying for three days and two nights was good. It's a great choice if you have children aged two to three. I recommend the massage, but the hot springs were quite crowded, and each pool was relatively small. The environment is peaceful, and there are many food options with excellent quality, though there are relatively few restaurants. Also, the hotel's hairdryer was so good, it made me want to buy one!

First time to Qingyuan and this hotel, had a very good experience. The hotel is located in the suburbs, but there is no mosquito and insect nuisance, the room is clean, there is a terrace in the room, and you can take a bath on the terrace. In addition, the hotel staff are also friendly and will take the initiative to help us with our problems.

The service is first-class! From the lobby staff to the manager, everyone is very professional. When my child was crying, an employee brought fresh flowers from the garden to comfort them. 👍👍 The service was excellent. Even though the hotel was fully booked on the day we checked in and my room had a minor issue, they did their best to arrange the best possible solution. The hot springs are very clean, and the water is crystal clear!

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, excellent facilities, fresh air, and polite staff. However, for a 5-star hotel, the check-in service at the front desk was lacking; we were not informed about the services, facilities, or room amenities available to us. There is only one restaurant, offering no other dining options, so we had to call a car or order from Meituan. It would be much better if the hotel offered a day trip package to the nearby Gulong Gorge.
