I had a confirmed reservation to go from Pullman Ciawi Resort to Taman Safari, and then on to Jakarta. However, the driver thought the plan was to go to Taman Safari and then return to the Pullman Resort, so he was very upset right from the initial pickup. I had to persuade him to go by offering a large tip, and we finally got moving. I ended up paying more in tips than the actual fare.

the driver came 2h late (we supposed to meet at 8am, he reach us at 9:55am) - he said he lost his phone. This is already a bad start. Then his electric car is only left with 3% battery,so he looked for a charging station and waited for it to be charged till 33% (took 20min) before can really start our trip. we reached Bogor in mid day which is already too hot for our planned hiking trip. After a short walk, he dropped us at a mall for lunch, he went to queue for charging his EV again. after 1h we finished lunch I called him he said he is still waiting in the charging station! so he pick us up without charging and looked for another charging station along the highway. tooled another 1h to charge his EV. by the time is already 4pm - at this time we didn’t see anything yet base on our itinerary. he then rush to drive us to a waterfall which is 1h plus away found is closed. ended we just head back to hotel which is 3h drive. This was a terrible day for us. This EV really spoil our day.

This charter was a stressful experience from start to finish due to the assigned driver, leading us to alter our plans and shorten the schedule. While I hope this particular driver will not be assigned again, I will not be using this service in the future. Despite the early morning departure, the driver repeatedly dozed off while driving, swerving erratically on the highway, causing other drivers to honk their horns frequently, and nearly colliding with the car next to us. We felt we couldn't relax and had to stay vigilant. Our request to the tour company for a driver change was denied, leaving us no choice but to forgo our planned sightseeing in Bogor and return home early. This was my first time visiting Bogor, but anxiety outweighed any enjoyment, and I've ended up with a feeling of distrust towards Klook as a result.

Driver did not show up and did not inform until last minute. Operator did not respond to messages sent.
