Very nice and friendly guide and driver. My parents don't speak much English so we booked a Chinese speaking guide (which is rare in Phuket), and surprisingly Yong speaks Cantonese too so everything is easier during the whole trip. She gave us introduction and things to note when visiting different places. The driver is also very helpful, schedule is flexible to accommodate our needs. The only thing is that you have to plan your own itinerary as they do not give much suggestion on places to visit. Highly recommended for small group travelers/families.

zhoe is fun and speak well. but unfortunately the weather made this trip not worth the money. literally 12 hours of raining trip. so its highly recommended IF its not raining. ouh highlight for this trip is the 3 monkey cafe. its really pretty but prettier if its not raining T.T

The service staff was very attentive, found out early that the place we wanted to go was not open, and provided other suggestions, which reassured us. The driver came to the hotel early to pick you up that day, the car was clean and the service was very good. It is very convenient to charter a car. You don't have to keep checking if the driver has gone wrong. I will book it again next time. It is recommended!

There is an exclusive driver and a Chinese-speaking tour guide. In addition to forming a large space arrangement, the tour guide is also very professional, almost answering every question, and also introducing a lot of Thai religions. It is very good. The travel agency also recommends a great seaside restaurant. Well worth the fare!

driver courteous, on time. only thing is they didn't give an English speaking driver, but have to use Google translate to communicate. went to many places including promthep cape.

Tour guide took good care of us. However, when planning the itinerary via the agency, they do not really assist with much suggestions and advice. The tour guide was flexible and brought us to places that was not planned in the itinerary. Overall, it was still a good trip.

After booking a chartered car, I received a letter from ak asking where we wanted to go. Later, after sending the route to them, I provided some suggestions. After the arrangement was made, I got in the car. I didn't need to be as nervous as calling Grab. I was afraid that the driver would go wrong, etc. The driver of ak also followed the route we requested. It was very relaxing and reassuring. It is highly recommended to those who want to travel to Phuket.
