Reviews summaryHassle free and easy to redeem. Just look for the double decker bus for the hop on and hop off bus. Get your map during the ticket redemption. Try Your Local for lunch, near the beach and good food. If you don’t plan to visit every stop on the hop-on hop-off route since buses run every hour and travel time can take a while, you can opt to take a regular transit bus instead using your Hop Card.
punctual and comfortable ride. just a little shaky when it rains. the buses are easy to access too. Simon the bus operator was a lovely guide and explained everything we neede to know in Waiheke Island.
easy to exchange the ticket. take the map of the hop on hop off bus for your convenience to navigate your day and plan. they have 15 stops in the island with the driver explaining to you whats surrounds. during my time the queue to board the ferry is quite long. so be ready earlier.
excellent hassle free trip! highly recommended to book via klook to skip the queue. just need to present the qr code at the ticket counter for a physical tickets, once reached waiheke Island ferry terminal, directional sign to get on the hop on hop off bus is cleared & simple. Beautiful island, peaceful and relax place.
this is a must visit island when you visit Auckland. we had a wonderful wine and beer tasting experience. Walk along the beach at sunset followed by fish and chips at Charlie Farley’s is highly recommended!

Very nice experience. Waiheke is a must visit when you wanna explore Auckland. What we did is we just sit on the hop on & off bus for the whole time & we choose which area are we going to explore. Sunset in the vineyard was amazingly beautiful . Worth the penny ❤️
Easy to redeem and the hop on and hop off bus was very useful in getting around the island. We visited wineries to try the different types of wines available.
Excellent choice. Whiheke Island was absolutely fantastic. The winery wine and meals were great, and the beach was wonderful. What a beautiful place. I highly recommend it.
