Bear Diving - Xiaoliuqiu One-on-One Introductory Dive (No license)

My wife can't swim at all, so when booking the trip, she called the instructor first to ask. She was told that as long as she wasn't afraid of water, it would be fine! So, we boldly booked the diving experience. One instructor is assigned to one student, and they also provide pre-dive instruction on shore. For those who've never done it before, the biggest challenge is dealing with ear pressure when descending. Just pinch your nose or swallow, and then confidently leave the rest to the instructor. You don't even need to swim; just relax and enjoy the beautiful underwater scenery! For photos and videos, just follow the instructor's lead! This was a truly worthwhile activity, and we're very grateful to the instructors at Bear Dive for giving us such a wonderful experience and memories!

Booking in advance on Klook offers discounts and is cheaper than booking on-site. The instructor was very attentive, clearly explaining the entire process and what to pay attention to. It was a very happy and fulfilling experience, a fantastic experience overall. I would choose Bear Diving again next time I visit Xiaoliuqiu, it's highly recommended.

I highly recommend Bear Diving. Coaches Tofu and Momo were very attentive in teaching and I took a lot of photos, but it seemed like less than 2 hours.

On my solo trip to Kaohsiung, I was torn between snorkeling and scuba diving. Having snorkeled a few times before, I decided to try scuba diving this time. A one-on-one session was just over five hundred (including filming and photos), which is great value. I was so nervous when I first got into the water that I didn't know how to breathe. Luckily, instructor Ah Qian let me get used to it by the shore for a while. Once I was underwater, he asked me if I was okay every 30 seconds at first, haha. The underwater world is truly beautiful, and I even got to see sea turtles, clownfish, octopuses, and more up close. Be careful when getting in and out of the water, as the equipment on your back is heavy, and there are potholes. It's better to walk slowly. The coach helped me when the waves were big when I got ashore, thank you. I'm not young anymore, so I probably won't have many more chances to go scuba diving. It was an unforgettable experience in my life.

The coach explained very carefully and it was an interesting experience to see turtles up close. If you have any problems, we will solve them patiently to help you adapt. There are videos and photos full of harvest

Could not be happier with our scuba experience with Bear Diving. There were 3 of us, one who was quite nervous, but William went above and beyond to ensure she felt safe and confident. Brittney spoke fluent English and took us through everything we needed to know, and Mo Mo did a great job as our photographer. Highly recommend!

Although it was not my first time to Xiaoliuqiu, it was my first time to participate in a one-on-one license-free diving experience. I can only say that it was really great! Totally worth it! Because my wife has sea phobia and I think scuba diving is a high-cost activity, I have been hesitant to sign up. However, with the careful explanations of the coaching team, the patient teaching of Coach A Kun, and the thoughtful service and professional photography of Coach Tou, I did not feel insecure or that I was being cheated during the entire activity! It is a highly recommended activity!

Momo and William were very helpful and made the whole experience fun. we saw three turtles and was lucky to encounter one feeding and ignored our lurking.

The whole process took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. I made an appointment for a 1-on-1 experience dive in the off-season. I am really grateful to my instructor MOMO, who was very interesting and gentle. She took me to find many sea turtles. It was a very special experience for me to go to such a deep place even though I can't swim. Thanks to Bear Diving.
