There was no prior notice, and the bus didn't show up at the tour location. Klook only provided the company's email, so there was no way to contact them on-site. Luckily, a foreigner who was with me chatted with the company they booked with and informed me that the tour had been canceled. Klook and the product are really the worst. I've emailed Klook for a refund, but how should I be compensated for my precious time during the trip? It's the worst.
I didn't go because I received an email notification as shown in the attached picture below.
