- Each passenger can bring 1 pet that its weight is not over 12kg. The pet must stay in pet carrier and must be accompanied. The pet must have no smell.

The driver is very kind. When I told him where I wanted to go, he immediately considered the schedule, allowing me to tour as I wanted. Even though I made a last-minute reservation at 10 PM the night before, he was waiting in the lobby on the day of the tour. I was very satisfied because it was a private tour rather than a group tour.
It was good decision and very convenient transfer to Da lat. The road was a bit isolated but the driver seems to be an expert. Thank you very much!
Great driver and car. We were concerned when trying to find a private car from Dalat to Nha Trang that it would be uncomfortable or unreliable. However, booking the service via Klook was very easy, we received a WhatsApp message that evening with the driver details and he arrived 15 mins early as advised in a nice Kia Carnival with reclining seats for us (2 people). He was friendly and drove very safe the whole way. Due to some remaining closures from landslides it took slightly longer than normal, but we still got to Nha Trang in just over 4 hours. I would recommend.
The driver was very punctual, arriving 10 minutes early at the hotel. He proactively helped with luggage, was very friendly, and very polite!
We booked the luxury limo from Da Lat to Nha Trang for 6 people. It was very comfortable, clean and had plenty of room for us and our luggage. Our driver was helpful with our luggage and let us make a stop along the way for bathroom breaks. Highly recommend this service

The car wasn't as good as the previous two times, but the driver was quite enthusiastic and cheerful. This trip was much better than the one from Mina to Dale, although it was a mountain road, the road was basically good and relatively fast.
We had a fantastic ride with Mr. Dat. The drive was very pleasant, felt very safe, we arrived on time, and he even explained some of the views of the countryside we saw on the way.
