- For shared transfers, exact time of departure may change depending on the arrival of aircraft, but not more than 60 minutes from the original time of departure
- Each passenger can bring 1 piece of carry-on luggage, and 1 large bag. Each additional bag shall be charged the price of 1 person based on shared service rates.
- Kindly advise us of your complete flight details. Your driver will wait for you for a maximum of 60 minutes. If you do not arrive 60 minutes after your ETA, you will forfeit your slot in the vehicle.
- Children aged 0-2 are free of charge given that they will sit on the lap
- This vehicle is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible

- Surcharge There’s a surcharge of minimum P350 for pick-up and drop-offs outside the city center. Farther locations will incur higher surcharge. (Ex. Astoria Hotel). Our representative will contact and inform you if your hotel is outside the coverage area and the exact surcharge fee.
- Outside Coverage areas fee: Hotel pick-up and drop-offs for the following areas outside city center will have a P350 surcharge: Brgy. San Manuel, Brgy,San Jose, Brgy.Sta.Monica, Brgy. Tiniguiban, Brgy.Sta.Lourdes, Brgy. Sicsican and Brgy.Tagburos and Brgy. Irawan

Big savings specially in Palawan, the tour guide who handle the van schedule is so easy to talk with. The van will directly pickup in the hotel lobby.
Arrived early in the morning and I must say everything was smooth. They came early, the van is comfy and air conditioned. Our hotel was an hour away from the airport and the trip was fast also our driver is very friendly. He also helped us carry our luggages

Our flight was delayed for more than an hour since our Hotel is outside the City and we arrived at 9pm we have to hire private car. Klook staffs are so considerate and helpful they’ve deducted my previous payment from the private car. The driver was so kind and very accommodating.
