Mr. Zhu Lianhe, the founder of Zhu Ji, founded the "Zhu Ji Pie Porridge Shop" on Jianguo South Road in Taipei in 1973. At that time, the business was always booming. After 15 years of operation, Mr. Zhu retired and passed on the management rights of Zhu Ji to Zhu Ji, who has been with Zhu Ji for many years. Mr. Yang Jinyong, a fellow soldier in the army who worked hard together, took over Zhu Ji and worked hard to run it. He hopes that "Zhu Ji" can become the most authentic and humane traditional northern noodle restaurant.

My favorite is Zhuji’s millet porridge, which is delicious and cheap. The pork ribs fried rice is not inferior to other restaurants at all. The scallion pancakes are also highly recommended.
