I went with my two sisters, and it was an experience we will never forget! The Highlights * Snow Sledding Fun: Even in mid-March, we were thrilled to find enough snow to play in! My sisters and I had the best time sledding down the slopes. It was so much fun—we felt like kids again, laughing and enjoying the crisp mountain air. It was a highlight that really made the day special for the three of us.

This tour is by Easy Go and the meeting place is at Silver Clock - inside Nagoya Station. We really wanted to enjoy snow at Bokkanosato so we’re very glad that enough people signed up to make this trip possible. Taking public transport there would be a challenge, and self-drive would be too dangerous given the slippery road conditions. The coach was nice, clean and comfortable. And the scenery along the way was pretty. No toilet stop enroute to the destination so make sure to empty your bladder before boarding time. Sufficient time to do the rides, play with snow, take photographs, have lunch, feed the animals, shop for goodies. Scenery is mesmerising. Onsen afterwards was great too. No regrets joining this winter tour. Wonderful Winter Wonderland…

Highly recommended for those travelling with kids, it’s also fun for adults. There is a restaurant which last order is before 230pm that serves pretty not bad food & window seats are good.

Mugezhili is a beautiful and fun place; the children had a great time. The hot spring facilities are also excellent, with many types of hot spring pools that are clean and comfortable. There's no need to drive yourself; you can just take a ride and relax once you arrive. The tour guide from the travel company was very helpful in resolving issues and providing assistance when problems arose. The driver arranged for us drove smoothly and was polite and responsible. Klook also actively helped with any issues, making this a pleasant and successful day trip.

Since bokka no sato is far from Nagoya, this tour is recommended. However, it’s quite pricey for a transfer and entrance tickets since we saw that the entrance fees are just cheap. I won’t recommend the tour guide because she did not give clear guidance to the tour, and the driver was a bit rude as well. But overall, bokka no sato is a must visit place especially if you have kids. We also loved the onsen in winter time.

Saying that the tour provided English speaking guides is a stretch. they can communicate in English but the tour is not in English, it's definitely a Chinese dominant tour. they had a recorded message which was in English spoken by AI which was significantly shorter than what the tour guide was saying, but the actual destination was incredible and would 100% recommend going during winter

The tour guide will not wait for anyone once the departure time arrives. Everyone must arrive at the meeting point (abiding by time). The entire park is quite large and is very suitable for children and adults to play. The itinerary includes the snow basin and skateboard in the park, which can be used until 12 noon. The children have a great time playing in the snow basin, and they can make snowmen and dig snow caves nearby. Time It is enough for fun. There is a gift area and a small supermarket on the first floor for shopping. You can have lunch at your own expense on the second floor of the park at noon. At 2 o'clock in the afternoon, the tour guide will take you to the hot spring area next to it for hot springs. There are indoor, outdoor, ginger pools, and SPA. Oven, the only drawback is that the hot spring time is only 1.5 hours, which is really not enough! I haven't experienced many pools in the hot spring area. It is recommended to ask everyone before the trip that I can take you to the hot springs at 13:30 or 14:00 instead of waiting until 14:40.

A very cost-effective local tour! The transportation arrangement is smooth and the boarding location is very convenient, just outside Nagoya Station! The male tour guide was very attentive! Bokka no Sato's snow play area includes admission and you can play with the sliding equipment for half an hour. It's a lot of fun! Play from 11:00 to 3:00; it’s a lot of fun. You can buy all kinds of snow boots, hand socks, etc. in the store. There are snacks and drinks for sale, and there are also a few lockers (100 yen) available! Take the tour bus and turn the corner to the hot springs of the same group♨️There are indoor and outdoor options! Although there is only one outdoor hot spring ♨️, they are both good and enough! Gazing at the snowy scenery and soaking in the hot springs in the falling snow, it’s so cool! The return trip started at about 4:45 and we arrived back at Nagoya Station around 6:30! This group is well worth joining for families with children!
