What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?
- This activity covers a one-way transfer and rountrip transfer, an English and Filipino speaking driver, fuel fees, luggage allowance, and insurance provided by the operator. There are also extra charges that vary depending on the vehicle you choose. Take note that all exclusions are to be paid directly to your driver.
What are the standard dimensions for luggage that the vehicle can accommodate?
- Our standard luggage size is 24 inches: Height 25" (61 cm), Width 16.4" (41 cm), and Depth 9.2" (23 cm)
When will the merchant provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed?
- The merchant will provide the driver’s details and car information a day before your participation date

Luggage Information
- Standard Luggage Size: 27cm x 21cm x 14cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
- The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
- The operator reserves the right to request you to book an additional vehicle in cases where the number of the travelling party or the size of the luggage does not fit your chosen vehicle on the day of travel

Surcharge table

- Additional Waiting Time: PHP 350/hour
- Overtime Fee: PHP 350/hour
- Pet-friendly fee: Bringing your pet is subject to a PHP 500 surcharge
- Additional stops per location are subject to a PHP 500 surcharge
- Oversized and Special Luggage Fee: PHP 100/each. Charges will apply when your luggage exceeds 25kg capacity each
- Extra Luggage Fee: PHP 100/each. An additional fee will be applied for excess baggage, taking into account the varying capacity of each vehicle type.

With klook pick-up, it's safe and cheap in Manila! The driver will inform you first and contact you. Overall, the experience is very good and you can recommend it with confidence! And you don’t have to pay any more fees! There are also expressways!
Such a great trip! Our driver was right on time and navigated the area like a pro. A huge bonus was his dining recommendation—the food was amazing! He was also incredibly patient and kind to our group the entire time.
This process is even more seamless than I thought! Advance arrival of the driver, Johnson, impeccably clean and functional car. The driver is knowledgeable but speaks only when spoken to, not overtaking the enjoyment of the place by not talking too much. Very polite and goes out of his way to do extra than what is asked or called for. Very pleasant experience! Will use Klook again.
After payment, the car rental company will email us to confirm the itinerary. The night before, the driver took the initiative to send us a message to confirm. After we arrived at the airport, he also sent us a photo of the Klook nameplate and exit to let us know where to find him. One of our fellow travelers' flight was late, and the driver chatted with us while we waited, without any impatience. These little details make us feel at ease! Thank you very much🥹The only pity is that if you want to add a pick-up point, from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3, the fare will increase by php1000. The car rental company explained that the fare + the driver’s waiting fee was more than we expected. So we came out of Terminal 1 and took a taxi to Terminal 3. The taxi fare is PHP335.
The driver is very professional and showed us around Tagayta. He arrived at the hotel 30 mins ahead. I highly recoomnd this service.
