We booked a 12-hour reservation and paid an additional fee to be taken to our desired destinations. Our driver, BENZ, arrived 15 minutes early at our hotel to pick us up. Since it was the last day of our trip to Thailand, we chose Kanchanaburi. We visited three places: Erawan Falls, the Thailand-Burma Railway, and the Bridge on the River Kwai. We swam at the waterfall, reflected on history while looking at the Thailand-Burma Railway from the tracks, and at the River Kwai, we even got to see a train pass by, which was perfect timing. Finally, we were driven to the airport, enjoying a pleasant and attentive journey. It was an amazing trip! Thank you very much!

The driver was so kind! They dropped me off at the most convenient location, and even though I had a tight schedule, they drove me safely and quickly to my destination, making it a truly valuable experience! They even provided a hat when the sun was strong and an umbrella when it suddenly rained!
Although the driver only knows basic English communication, the most important thing is that he knows how to use translation software, so basically there is no problem in communication. The two-day chartered car was very polite, and he always looked at the map when driving. The navigation is very reliable. When we went to Safari Park to buy tickets, he took the initiative to help us buy tickets. It was worth extra points, so in the end, he gave him hundreds of THB tips.

The Thai car rental company responded quickly and the communication via email was clear. Our driver is Mr.Chumphol, he is very cheerful. His service attitude is very good and the car is very comfortable. Although he is not very fluent in English, he will try his best to communicate with us (when he cannot express in simple English, he will use Google Translate). He is a very considerate person and will take the initiative to give us ice water when the weather is too hot. My mother would help open the sunshade when she slept in the front seat and hand us wet wipes when we needed them. All in all, a great day! Thank you 😊
