Free admission: Children under 3 years of age or under 1.0 meter in height on the day of visit; one paying adult is limited to bringing one child eligible for free admission.

Standard Ticket applies to: All visitors

Child tickets are valid for children aged 3 to under 12, or children whose height is between 1.0 meter and 1.5 meters on the date of visit.

Senior tickets are applicable for guests aged 65 and above on the day of visit.

Teen tickets are applicable to: Teenagers aged 12 (inclusive) to under 18 on the date of visit and with a height exceeding 1.5 meters.

The Duo Ticket is valid for: Includes 2 standard tickets, allowing two people to enter the park simultaneously for one-time entry only.

The 1 Adult + 1 Child ticket is valid for: 1 standard ticket and 1 child ticket (standard ticket is valid for all visitors, child ticket is valid for children aged 3 to under 12, or between 1.0 meter and 1.5 meters in height on the day of visit. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult to enter the park). Please note: Both individuals must enter the park at the same time, and entry is limited to one time only.

Family Ticket (2 Adults & 1 Child) is valid for: includes 2 Standard Tickets and 1 Child Ticket (Standard Ticket is applicable to all visitors; Child Ticket is applicable to children aged 3 to under 12, or between 1.0 meter and 1.5 meters in height on the date of visit. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult to enter the park). Special Note: All three individuals must enter the park at the same time, and entry is limited to one time only.

Because animals have a sensitive sense of smell, please do not spray strong perfume.

Please do not feed animals without staff permission.

To ensure the safety of animals in the park, Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Birds Park, and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom prohibit visitors from bringing in other food and beverages, with the exception of baby food and a reasonable amount of personal drinking water.

Some facilities in the park have height and physical requirements for participation. Visitors should consider their health conditions before participating; please refer to the opening hours, performance times, and注意事项 of the corresponding theme park before visiting.

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

(3) If the QR CODE voucher code is "0000000", please enter the park directly by swiping your ticket purchase document at the park entrance.
