This was happening in the year 2023 Feb. Supposedly this is a good thing and a gift to my partner but We wait in our hotel lobby for almost an hour and when I call the merchant team here in Bacolod (southwest tours )they can't give me an exact answer and asked me to call the klook. this is bluff. We don't have a chance to do this experience. very poor service to the part of merchant and Klook. this is very upsetting too since I am a klook user every time I travel and now they do this. Don't bother to book this experience cocktail tour in Bacolod you will be very upset about this booking. On the other hand, I am surprised that I earned points even though we don't do the activity that we booked.
