The food is exquisite, and the scones are delicious! The service is excellent; the waiters frequently come by to refill water. There's live music, which creates a wonderful atmosphere, perfect for a high tea chat.

Restaurant ambiance: More refined than Kowloon Shangri-La, yet still comfortable. Food taste: The desserts offer a perfect balance of sweet and savory; I personally prefer them. Service: The service was very attentive. Although there was a time limit, the staff allowed us to stay longer, perhaps because they were concerned the second seating wouldn't be full. Price: I've been having afternoon tea at Shangri-La for four consecutive years now.

Every angle looks like you're in a forest. However, it's difficult to take pictures in the afternoon due to the backlight. Backlight adjustment is needed, but the staff will proactively help you take beautiful photos.

Restaurant Environment: We were seated near the window, and there were private booths available, offering a good degree of privacy. The ambiance is suitable for couples or friends to chat. There was live band music, making for a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Food Quality: The food and service were both good.
