- The SIM card is pre-activated and the validity of the SIM begins as soon as it is inserted into the phone
- Location: Delivery is available across India. Same delivery in major cities and up to 3 days for delivery to other cities and remote areas
- The SIM card will be delivered at the reception of your hotel in case you are not available to collect it at the time of delivery
- Kindly indicate your complete hotel details upon check out
- Please send a scanned copy of your passport and visa on the email ID given on your confirmation voucher
- Presently we do not have SIM delivery available at the airport

Lifesaver on our travel. The operator and klook agent are very helpful about my inquiries. In my case, the hotel refused to receive the package from the operator because of some safety protocols. Upon arriving at my hotel I contacted the operator and klook agent to deliver again the package. At the same day I received the package. And the connection of the SIM is awesome. Super easy and convenient. They'd required you to send passport and booking confirmation. Delivered to the hotel early. A but of a struggle to connect to at first but after the first day connection went on smoothly

A total life saver! Absolutely recommend this card as we’ve used it all over India and never had any issues. The only tiny moment I could mention is that there were some small coverage gaps in more rural areas while we were driving but that didn’t affect us much and is pretty much what you can expect with any network. P.S. just fyi, the card is from a Thai provider so you will receive system texts in Thai but most of them seemed to be promotional so not really an issue

Great communication, super fast and efficient delivery, and mobile coverage was pretty good in urban areas across two states - no data coverage once I was out of the cities. Have another trip coming up in a month and will get this again in a different city.

Fast delivery. Placed the order early in the morning and it was delivered at noon. Had a slight problem in the data signal after inserting the sim but after 6 hrs or more, i was able to connect to the internet. Their customer care also responded not immediately but the next day.
