The departure was on time, the explanations were detailed, skiing was a lot of fun, and I will participate again next time.
The itinerary was tight; 3 hours of snow play in the morning felt rushed. The queue to enter and borrow clothes took a long time, and we could only eat snacks inside for lunch! The rest of the schedule was more relaxed. The tour guide was attentive, polite, and frequently introduced various attractions!
Skiing was a lot of fun, and taking a day trip saved a lot of time. I will participate again next time.
The ski resort was great. The sledge was so fun. The only negative part is that they would leave us if we are just late like 10minutes. Example they said to assemble at 8:00am we went 8:10am but they said they would depart at 8:30. They just didn’t wait for us and we paid big money for this.
This tour nice as you get to enjoy skiing then have a much more relaxed activity after. Our guide was very helpful and nice. Thanks Naomi! Even the driver of the bus was very nice.

Although there is not much snow left because it is almost over, it is still a good experience. The hot springs are really good. I highly recommend it to people who want convenient transportation and want to experience different itineraries.

Good experience. Tour guude was helpful. We got lost looking for the meet up venue, so better go early to give time to look for the venue.
good tour package although I wasn't happy about the hotspring since the guide didn't accompany us where the hot springs are located or didn't show us one, just spent time shopping in the area.
Good to know
- It’s colder at the mountaintop. Dress in layers and use waterproof outerwear—especially for kids playing in the snow.
- Bring a waterproof pouch so you can safely take photos while playing or skiing.
- While food is available on the mountain, having a few snacks handy is great for quick breaks in the snow play zone.
- If you’ve booked the Arima Onsen option, pack a small bag with a towel and change of clothes so you’re ready to relax without delays.
