Shared Bus Transfers between Hoi An and Ba Na Hills

Punctual, smooth, comfortable journey with minimal chatter & noise from the others & the driver as well. Seamless in locating driver & we reached destination on time both ways :-) Highly reccomended especially if you donr know how to grab far out!

Driver contacted us one day before to remind and confirm on the transportation. Very punctual, and we reached the destination in less than 1.5hours. Driver also check with us if we are staying at bana hills and subsequently let us alight at Mercure hotel reception area.

Booking here was cheaper than getting Grab. I went to the meet up location which was not far from where I was staying. The bus came on time. I was on a bus with a group on a tour, so it was a full bus. It had AC and they gave us free water bottles. Going to Ba Na hills took only an hour. When we got there, they informed us where to meet up and what time. We left the place on time too. Along the way, we were split, some stay on the bus and some go on a van. The driver driving the van, was not really driving safe. But it’s understandable cuz of the traffic. But I would recommend this if your budgeting.

We booked for a bus return pick up both ways (see image of voucher) from hotel to ba na hills and vice versa but instead was greeted by a driver Mr Ling who introduced himself, with a private car transfers both ways. I thought there may have been a mistake but I was assured it wasn’t. There was one other passenger apart from of us (2 passengers).The Pick ups both ways were on time and car was presentable and I can highly recommend Klook in Hoi an. Thanks team.

We left Hoi An and Ba Na Hills on time. It was hassle-free. I highly recommend.

The car was picked up and dropped off on time and at the destination. The driver was courteous, smiling, ready to help, and drove safely. Walk up to every customer to get into the car completely.

The van is so clean and spacious. Upon arrival at Ba Na Hills there is a tour guide that is very helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

The van arrived on time at the designated location and journey was smooth. we were also contacted the previous day over WhatsApp.

The ride was smooth and safe. The vehicle we’ve rode was SUV not Mini bus/bus/van. They did not explain to us but very understandable as we are only few passengers. From Ba Na Hills to Hoi An, the driver who pick us up did not follow the instruction given to us from the previous driver who drop us off. It was so hot that time, and the driver wanted us to walk and gave us direction which is so confusing. Overall, service is satisfactory.

It was easy and convenient to go hoi an from bana hills. It's cheaper than other. Thank you klook for this
