The location is very convenient, right next to the subway exit, and you can just take the elevator straight up. The space is very spacious, clean, and bright. When you first arrive, there is a small machine next to the main reception desk to check in using your Klook reservation. Once inside, another desk staff member will provide the clothes, pants, and towels to change into (the exfoliating mitt for the body scrub service can also be purchased here). For those who purchased the body scrub service, the process is to first take off all your clothes, lock your sauna clothes and locker keys inside, and then you can start the sauna and body scrub with just a towel! The body scrub was so comfortable and not painful at all; all the dead skin was scrubbed away, and my skin became noticeably fairer and smoother. After the body scrub, you can rinse off, put on the sauna clothes, and head to the steam room! This place is well worth spending half a day at. It is super comfortable and highly recommended to everyone.
I didn't try the massage and spa, but the location is very convenient.
good to be here right after the long flight. since it open 24hrs, you can spend your day here if you are really tired or you are unable to book 1 night hotel, you can sleep here, shower and eat. they have luggage storage as well. massage chair need to pay. book thru klook is cheaper than walk in. easy to redeem, the machine is just at the entrance. this place is very close to metro station.
A terrible experience. The jjimjilbang shower room provided "soap," which is very unsanitary. The ajumma's scrubbing attitude was rough. The provided loungewear was also dirty and old, making me not want to wear it at all. Even the hair dryer after the shower required coins to use. There was no sense of luxury at all, and the whole process was crude and uncomfortable.
It happened to be during the Friday night cleaning time, and I was instructed that this was the only shower available, so I rushed through my shower. Afterward, when I tried to get into the bathtub, the water had been drained, so I couldn't take a bath. Maybe it would have been fine during the day.
If you want to get a body scrub, you should consider your pain tolerance and whether you have sensitive skin. Remember to bring an extra 6,000 for the exfoliating mitt.
I was told I needed a separate exfoliating towel, so I bought one after going inside. It said 3,000 won, but when I went to buy it, I was told it was 4,000 won and paid in cash. I was told to start with the mugwort steam and bought it thinking it was included, but then they told me it cost extra. When I said I wouldn't do it, their attitude changed to be overtly unpleasant. Overall, it was quite disappointing.
Storing luggage for a one-time outing is indeed very convenient for travelers. The 24-hour service starts from the time you drop off your bags, allowing you to go out shopping or sightseeing after checking them in. Re-entry to enjoy the bath and jjimjilbang is permitted only once. It is close to the subway station, but carrying large luggage can be quite tiring since most exits do not have elevators. If you stay overnight, it tends to be noisy due to the crowd, and the lobby lights are too bright, making it difficult to fall asleep. It is okay for a short stay.
