• We will go up to the observation deck to enjoy the view before the lighting ceremony begins. After the lights are turned on, you may stay at the observation deck for a short while to continue enjoying the night view, but for safety and subsequent arrangements, all visitors are required to descend from the observation deck before the time specified by the staff. The itinerary includes a local specialty dinner. Please be sure to read carefully and follow the on-site guidance and schedule.

• [Meeting and Late Arrival Instructions] This activity is a carpooling trip, please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. We cannot wait or provide refunds for late arrivals. Any resulting responsibilities and expenses must be borne by yourself, thank you for your understanding.
• [Vehicle and Companion Language Notes] We will arrange the vehicle model based on the number of people on the day, and specific vehicle types cannot be designated. Please note that you may share the vehicle with guests speaking other languages during the trip.
• [Seasonal Activity Notice] Seasonal limited activities such as cherry blossoms, autumn foliage, special flowering periods, snow scenery, lantern festivals, and celebrations are easily affected by weather or other force majeure. If no official cancellation notice is received, the itinerary will depart as scheduled. If the bloom period or landscape does not meet expectations, no refunds will be provided. • [Seating Arrangement Instructions] Carpool itineraries generally operate on a first-come, first-served basis for seating. If you have special requirements, please leave a note when booking, and we will do our best to coordinate; however, the final arrangement is subject to the guide's on-site dispatch.
• [Itinerary Order Adjustment Instructions] Due to Japan's strict control over operating vehicle usage hours, the attractions, transportation, and stay durations included in the itinerary will be arranged flexibly based on the conditions of the day. In case of special circumstances such as traffic congestion or weather changes, the tour guide will consult the majority opinion to reasonably adjust the order or omit certain attractions. Your cooperation is appreciated.
• [Mid-tour departure notice] The itinerary is a group tour activity; you may not leave the tour midway or break away from the group without authorization. If you choose to leave the tour midway, the remaining itinerary will be considered voluntarily forfeited, and fees will not be refunded. Any risks or liabilities arising after leaving the tour shall be borne by the individual.
• [End time is for reference only] Due to the long driving time of the itinerary, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic, weather, etc. It is recommended that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the itinerary ends. What to bring

• Cold-weather clothing, jackets (clothing with waterproof, windproof, and cold-proof functions is the best choice)
• Shoes (It is recommended to wear non-slip shoes or cold-weather, waterproof boots; removable anti-slip shoe spikes are sold at home centers, etc.)
• Raincoats, waterproof capes (while umbrellas are convenient, in the event of strong winds and an accidental fall, they can easily cause harm to oneself)
• Flashlight (some places are dimly lit, making it difficult to ensure the walking route with the naked eye; please each carry a flashlight)
