Day tour to Mornington Peninsula from Melbourne

Overall great wine tasting experience. We visited 2 wineries, 1 brewery and 1 restaurant at winery for lunch. Very picturesque locations with some sightseeing spots at the end of tour. Ken, our tour guide is also very friendly and knowledgeable

The Mornington tour was amazing! The group size (15-16 people) was good too. The guide/driver was knowledgeable and engaging. It was raining during the tour, so we did not manage to go to the Brewery. Instead, we went to a winery which was great too! Initially, we were supposed to go on the day tour on a weekday. Unfortunately, it was cancelled and had to be rescheduled to a Saturday. Explore Australia contacted me on WhatsApp (international number) to inform about the changes and checked if we would be available for the rescheduled tour. The communication and service were prompt and efficient. I have used other tour companies for my Melbourne day tours previously, and it is my first time with Explore Australia. My experience with Explore Australia was awesome! I would highly recommend Explore Australia for their tours.

It's a great sightseeing. Recommended for those first time vacation to Australia. For non alcholic people can also request for non achohol drink, they will provide coffee or juice, etc. For the cruise lunch, can also inform the tour agency on your dietary preferences. Mark the driver and tour guide was very friendly and making us feel very comfortable. He's very considerate and knowledgeable man. Thank you, Mark, for the wonderful trip. a mix review on this mainly due to the itenerary. to start, the transport and guide is very good and professional. the guide is engaging and not too boring. for places to visit, honestly only PT Leo, Murray lookout worth it, while the rest are quite meh. lunch place is mediocre, Rare hare and the beer brewery is really below par. as example, the service for wine tasting at rare hare is bad, which they do not provide change of new wine glass when serving from white to red wines. hence my point on the lower score for value for money

The transport is very good. The time of staying at beaches could be longer as it’s a little bit kind of rush given that the bays and beaches are quite big. We only have time to walk once. The lunch on the cruise from sorrento to queenscliff is quite not unexpected as stated in the descriptions of a decent lunch box. Most other things are good and the scenary is very enjoyable. Very suitable for travellers who do not have a car.

our tour was booked with Explore Australia and the guide Brooke was very impressive. she gave us all information about the locations we went. it was a really fun trip and the locations were beautiful. she added an extra stop here and there for us to enjoy the beauty of peninsula. the cruise was awesome and the lunch served was good. we visited the colorful bathing boxes as well.

The driver and tour guide Billy is very professional, the lunch on the boat is rich and the itinerary is relaxing.

Gary, our tour guide, did his best despite the cloudy weather affecting the view. However, the beer tasting was a chill experience. His calm driving allowed us to feel comfortable and even catch some rest.

We participated in a tour with Explorer Australia. Ken (our Tour Guide) was knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. The London Bridge lookout point was breathtaking. The lunch box during the bay cruise was delicious. The beer tasting at the brewery was fun. We ended the tour visiting the bathing boxes, which was very colourful. A worth while tour!

The tour guide Margaret was very friendly and had a sense of humor. She made us enjoy the process of wine tasting and sightseeing. The overall feeling was very leisurely and comfortable.
