Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
How to use
Redemption information
- This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests together.
- Please note that this is not a chartered bus, and other general passengers will also be on board
- Admission to the observation deck is not included in this tour.
- Since this is a winter night tour, please dress warmly for the event.( down jackets, coats, scarves, gloves, and warm, comfortable shoes.)
- The bus will depart on schedule.Please be sure to arrive on time.Participants from Takaoka Station: Meeting time is 14:30 p.m.(Bus departs at 14:50 p.m.)Participants from Shin-Takaoka Station, please be at the bus stop 15 minutes before the 15:05 p.m. departure.
- On the way back, you will get off the bus at Takaoka Station.If you want to move to Shin-Takaoka Station after getting off the bus, your guide will assist you.
- This tour basically utilizes a bus, and there may be delays in arrival time due to traffic , weather conditions or other factors.
- Due to traffic or other reasons, the duration of visits at each destination may be shortened, and arrival times may be delayed.
- Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
- In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
- Please personally take responsibility for your valuables.
