Xventure Ticket in Singapore (Tiong Bahru Plaza)

• Bring your friends or family for an active adventure at Xventure Tiong Bahru Plaza, a new indoor adventure park spanning approximately 20,000 sq ft.
• Take on physical challenges, compete with your friends and experience attractions including MIRRA Arena, the rope course, Sky Glide and slides.
• Experience MIRRA Arena, a social multiplayer VR experience controlled through body movement. VR participation is included within your purchased play time and guests can join the queue for an available session.
• Choose a 2-hour or 3-hour Single Admission, or enjoy more visits with the X4 and X10 Shareable Passes, which you can use across repeat visits or share with eligible friends and family.

• Single Admission is for guests 120 cm and above.
• Junior Admission is for guests below 120cm
• Guests aged 12 and below must be accompanied and supervised by an Adult aged 18 and above with a separate valid admission.
• Some attractions have their own safety and participation requirements. Please follow the safety signage and instructions from Xventure staff.
• Complete the required waiver before participating.
• Only Xventure grip socks are permitted. Socks are compulsory and are available at S$3.50 per pair.

Insider Tips:

• Wear comfortable sports clothing suitable for climbing, sliding and active movement
• Long sleeves and trousers are recommended to help reduce potential abrasion during climbing and sliding
• Arrive early enough to complete your waiver, ticket verification and footwear change before starting your session
• Keep your mobile Klook voucher or required unused Shareable Pass QR codes ready when approaching reception
• Remember to bring or purchase Xventure grip socks

• A single admission ticket is for guests 120 cm and above.
• Guests aged 12 years old and below must be supervised throughout their visit by an Adult aged 18 years old and above. The supervising Adult is required to purchase a separate admission ticket at the applicable admission price.
• Each Single Admission Ticket is entitled to one-time entry for the selected play duration. Re-entry is allowed within the start and end time
• Xventure grip socks are compulsory for all guests and are not included with admission. They are available for purchase at S$3.50 per pair. Other brands of non-slip socks are not accepted.
• Your play time begins upon scan-in. Staff will confirm your session end time upon entry.
• A 15-minute grace period is provided for guests to exit the venue after their session ends. Guests who exceed the grace period will incur an hourly overtime charge, with any partial hour charged as a full hour.
• VR participation is included within the purchased play time and is subject to the queue for an available VR slot.
• Free lockers and storage are available for guests.
• The operator reserves the right to impose clean-up and sanitisation charges where applicable under the House Rules.
• Tickets are open-dated for walk-in use within their respective validity periods, except on announced park buyout or closure dates.
