- Students, visitors over 65 and holders of the Carnet Jove, with valid ID is applicable for reduced ticket
- Children aged 13+ will be charged the reduced rate
- A lift serves every floor of the exhibition itinerary
- The whole visitor route is accessible by wheelchair; wheelchairs are available free of charge at reception
- The visitor guide is available in Braille at the front desk
- Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor
- The operator's team is trained to assist visitors with reduced mobility; ask at reception at any time
- Please do not touch the artworks and keep a safe distance. The oils on your skin can damage surfaces permanently
- Photography without flash is allowed for personal use. Tripods and selfie sticks are not permitted
- Please set your phone to silent mode and take calls outside the exhibition rooms
- Please speak quietly and be mindful of other visitors so everyone can enjoy the exhibition
- Children are very welcome and must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- The entire building, including the courtyard, is a smoke-free area
- Press accreditation is granted only to journalists carrying out professional work for subsequent publication and dissemination

- By metro: Take L4 to Jaume I, Drassanes, or Barceloneta, followed by a 6–8-minute walk to the Palau
- Use Bicing stations located on Passeig de Colom or Via Laietana near the Palau
