• Children aged 0-2 are free of charge without a designated seat, though participation is not recommended. If you wish to participate, please notify us via email in advance. If there is no prior notice and seats are insufficient, the driver reserves the right to refuse boarding. Thank you for your cooperation. If children under 2 require a seat, please purchase a ticket; the fare is the same as the adult fare and a remark is required. For children over 2, the fare is the same as the adult fare. In addition, elderly travelers aged 65 (inclusive) and above must ensure they are in good health and fit for travel, and must be accompanied throughout the trip by a family member or friend aged 22 or older.

1. Passengers with the following conditions or others unsuited for excessive stimulation are prohibited from participating in this project: hypertension, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, and pregnancy. If one conceals their condition and registers anyway, they shall bear the consequences themselves.
2. This tour is a fixed-route carpooling trip. Customers participating in this tour must strictly adhere to the time spent at each attraction and follow the arrangements of the driver-guide. If you fail to arrive on time, the guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you will need to proceed to the next attraction on your own to meet up.
3. No refunds will be issued for those who fail to participate in or interrupt the tour due to personal reasons, lateness, etc., please pay attention. During the tour, if you leave the group on your own, no fees will be refunded. If this leads to personal or property safety issues, you shall bear the consequences yourself.
4. If you need to bring large luggage, please inform us when booking. During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Sealed light snacks or unopened beverages are allowed, but eating inside the bus is prohibited. Please note that if you cause stains inside the vehicle, compensation will be required according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd levels of the day, arrival times for each itinerary may vary, and the order of the itinerary may be adjusted accordingly. According to Japanese regulations, the vehicle usage duration must not exceed 10 hours. In the event of traffic congestion caused by holidays or force majeure factors, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or shortened (reducing sightseeing time or dropping attractions), and your understanding is appreciated. However, refunds or negative reviews may not be requested on these grounds.
6. Vehicle and Tour Guide Arrangements: Vehicles and tour guides will be arranged based on the number of participants. If there are fewer than 12 participants, we will use a small vehicle with 14 seats or fewer, equipped with a driver only, and no tour guide service will be provided. If there are more than 12 participants, we will arrange one driver and one tour guide. Please take note of this. This product is a shared-ride service, and you will be sharing the vehicle with other guests.
7. The tour guide will recommend lunch and local Japanese specialties, including regional cuisine, ice cream, horse oil, and other products. There is no forced consumption.
8. Traffic congestion is expected during holidays, weekends, or Japanese public holidays, which may cause delays of 2 to 5 hours. It is recommended that you flexibly adjust your nighttime itinerary.
9. Day tours do not include personal travel insurance or accidental injury insurance; please purchase your own if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers, so please assess your own health condition or capability. The company assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or harm caused by accidents or unforeseen factors, and we appreciate your understanding.
10. We will send you an email between 16:00 and 21:00 on the day before your trip, containing: meeting time, license plate number, tour guide, and the tour guide's social contact information. Please be sure to check your email (it might be in the spam folder!). Please do not be late on the day of the trip, and no refunds or changes are allowed on the day! So you must check your email to add the tour guide!!! Please keep your phone accessible during the tour so that relevant reception staff can contact you! If you haven't received the email by 21:00, please contact our company.
11. For friends using LINE, due to LINE's regional restrictions ⛔, the tour guide will not be able to add you as a friend directly using your LINE number the day before the trip. Therefore, we will create a LINE group the day before the trip and send you the LINE group link via email. After receiving the email, please actively click the link to join the LINE group so that the tour guide can communicate with you in a timely manner. Thank you!
12. In addition, all travel itineraries of our company do not include travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve specific risks and dangers. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Guests are requested to purchase their own insurance!!

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
