Notice on Event Guidelines

Please read the following event notices and related regulations carefully before purchasing tickets. Completing the ticket purchase is deemed as having read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following matters.

Admission Tickets Usage and Refund Policy

• Each ticket is limited to one person. Admission is by ticket only, and tickets cannot be reused.
• On the day of the event on December 3 (Thursday), admission will open at 12:00. Please pay attention to the admission time.
• This ticket is for single-person, single-day use. Please present the Klook electronic voucher (QR Code) for redemption before entry. Admission is granted after staff members assist with wearing the wristband. Re-entry is allowed on the day of the event by presenting the hand stamp or wristband, valid only on the day of issuance.
• Tickets are valuable securities; please keep them safe properly.
• In case of loss, damage, hole punching, alteration, defacement, photocopying, tearing, or other unidentifiable conditions, the ticket will be considered invalid, and no reissuance will be accepted.
• For unredeemed tickets that need to be refunded, please process the refund through the original ticketing channel before December 6, 2026. A 10% cancellation fee of the ticket price will be charged for refunds; the actual refund method will be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of each ticketing channel.
• No refunds will be accepted after December 6, 2026.
• If the event proceeds normally, including weather conditions such as light rain that do not affect the event's operation, refunds will not be issued due to personal or weather factors.

Notice on Ticket Use for Persons with Disabilities and Essential Companions

• This ticket type applies to holders of a valid disability certificate.
• If the disability certificate is annotated with the "essential companion preferential measure," the number of essential companions is limited to 1, and they are eligible for the same ticket price discount.
• Please present a valid disability certificate for inspection by on-site staff upon entry. If a valid certificate cannot be presented, this discounted ticket type cannot be used for admission.
• When using the discounted ticket, the essential companion must enter the venue together with the person with disabilities and undergo qualification verification.
• The companion's preferential eligibility is based on the annotation on the disability certificate. Those without an annotation for the essential companion discount are not eligible for the companion discount.
• Relevant discounts shall be handled in accordance with the Rights Protection Act for Persons with Disabilities and other related regulations.

Sips Voucher Usage Guidelines

• Tasting experiences within the event venue fully adopt Klook electronic point vouchers (paperless system).
• After entry, when consuming tastings at various booths, you can directly present the Klook electronic voucher (QR Code) for the vendor to redeem and deduct points.
• Sips vouchers must be used in conjunction with an admission ticket. If you wish to enter the exhibition area to experience it, please make sure to purchase the "2026 Taipei Coffee Festival Admission Ticket" first.
• If tasting points are insufficient at the event site, you can instantly purchase additional electronic points on the Klook APP at any time during the event. Buy and use immediately!
• Tasting capacity: Approximately 50ml per tasting serving.

Tasting Cup Redemption Guidelines

• Tasting cups must be redeemed within the event venue. Purchasing a tasting cup does not include event admission qualifications. Those wishing to purchase and redeem tasting cups must purchase event tickets separately. If you only purchase a tasting cup without holding a valid ticket, you will not be able to enter or redeem it.
• After booking is completed, please present the Klook electronic voucher (QR Code) to the "Merchandise Store" inside the event venue for verification to redeem the physical tasting cup.
• The quantity and colors of the tasting cups are subject to actual on-site availability. Quantities for each color are limited, and specific styles are not guaranteed.
• Once redeemed, tasting cups cannot be returned or exchanged. If you find any defects or damages upon receiving the product, please immediately report it to the on-site staff.
• Environmental Bring-Your-Own Initiative: Disposable tasting cups will not be provided on-site. Please bring your own tasting cup or purchase an official tasting cup on-site.

Official Ticketing and Ticket Anti-Counterfeiting

• The official designated ticketing platform for this event is Klook. Please purchase tickets through official designated channels.
• For tickets or related points obtained through unofficial channels, the buyer assumes all risks regarding authenticity, validity, and transaction security. The organizer assumes no related responsibility.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to holders of forged, altered, invalid, or abnormally sourced tickets.
• Peddling, reselling, or trading event tickets and related points through other improper methods is prohibited at the event site.
• If suspected forgery, sale of fake tickets, or other illegal activities are discovered, the organizer has the right to report the matter to the police for handling in accordance with the law.

Admission and Crowd Control

• The event period is from December 3, 2026, to December 6, 2026. Daily actual opening hours are subject to official announcements.
• Each ticket admits only one person.
• If you need to re-enter on the same day after leaving, you must present a valid admission wristband for that day. If the wristband is lost, you must purchase a ticket again.
• To maintain event quality and public safety, crowd control will be conducted on-site based on the venue's occupancy capacity.
• When the number of people in the venue reaches the limit, the organizer may suspend ticket sales and admission. Please follow the instructions of on-site staff to queue and wait.
• Please cooperate with the crowd movement flow and staff guidance within the venue. Baby strollers, mobility aids, and pets are all permitted to enter.
• Pets entering the venue must be kept "off the ground" at all times (please use protective facilities such as pet carriers, pet backpacks, or pet strollers). Owners are responsible for maintaining environmental cleanliness and pet safety.
• To maintain passage safety within the venue, bicycles, skateboards, scooters, and other riding or sliding tools are prohibited from entering the event area; mobility aids and baby strollers are exempt from this rule.

On-Site Order and Safety Regulations

• Playing, running, smoking (including e-cigarettes), chewing gum, and betel nut are prohibited inside the venue. Please jointly maintain environmental cleanliness and do not litter casually.
• Anyone whose behavior affects event order, the rights of other participants, or public safety, and who fails to improve after being advised by staff, will be requested by the organizer to leave the venue immediately. In serious cases, the matter may be transferred to the police for handling, and demands for refunds of admission tickets and related point fees will not be accepted.
• If you spot suspicious persons, unidentified items, found lost property, or feel unwell on-site, please immediately notify on-site staff for assistance.

Alcoholic Beverages and Age Restrictions

• Some beverages in the event exhibition area contain alcohol. Drinking is prohibited for persons under 18 years of age.
• On-site staff have the right to request purchasers or consumers of alcoholic beverages to present a valid ID to verify age.
• Please comply with regulations regarding "No drunk driving; excessive drinking is harmful to health."
• Individuals are legally responsible for any damage to themselves or others caused by excessive drinking or personal behavior.

Photography, Videography, and Portrait Use

• During the event, the organizer and its authorized staff will conduct photography and videography within the event venue.
• Purchasing a ticket and entering to participate in the event is deemed as consent to the possibility that photos and audiovisual content containing your portrait may be captured at the event site. Related materials may be used by the organizer for event records, promotion, social media, public relations, and related marketing purposes.

Luggage Storage and Personal Valuables

• Luggage storage services are not provided within this event venue.
• If you have storage needs, please use storage facilities at the park or nearby MRT stations before entry.
• Please keep your personal and valuable belongings safe during the event.
• The organizer assumes no custody responsibility for loss, damage, or other losses caused by improper personal safekeeping.

Event Changes and Force Majeure

• In the event of natural disasters, epidemics, government regulations, venue factors, or other force majeure circumstances that prevent the event from being held as originally scheduled, the organizer may adjust, postpone, or cancel the event based on actual conditions, and related handling methods will be announced separately.
• If event dates, operating hours, event contents, participating brands, schedules, and related regulations are modified, the latest announcements on the event site, official website, or official social media platforms shall prevail.
