- Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
Additional information
- Minors under the age of 18 will not be allowed inside without a parent or guardian
- At least one person's ID must match the name on one ticket. If no one in your party has an ID matching the name on one ticket, you will not be allowed entry
- The exhibit is self-guided, allowing guests to explore each room at their own pace. Please note that the experience follows a one-way route, so guests cannot revisit areas they have already passed through
- Color Factory is ADA compliant, with most installations designed to be ADA-friendly. Please note that the Ball Pits may not be accessible to all guests, as visitors must be able to enter and exit the ball pit independently
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your purchased time slot, the operator will help you reschedule your tickets for another time
- Tickets can be transferred to another guest if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit. If you feel unwell, please contact the operator at support@colorfactory.co to request a rescheduling of your tickets to another date
- Strollers are not permitted in the exhibit due to some intimate layouts and tight spaces. The operator provide stroller storage in the lobby (Strollers must be folded)
- Bathrooms are available on-site
- Guests must wear appropriate attire, including shirts and shoes, throughout their visit. As Color Factory is a casual, family-friendly venue, revealing clothing or attire displaying obscene, sexual, violent, racist, discriminatory, or political language or graphics is not permitted. Visible tattoos featuring similar objectionable content may also result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue
- Discounted parking is available at Traders Self-Park (326 S. Wells / 329 S. Franklin). To access the discount, please use their Pre-book Parking Link or ask for a voucher at Coat Check in the Color Factory lobby
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
