Grand Open Special Ticket

• Selling period: October 8 – October 31, 2026
• Usage period: October 8 – December 31, 2026

• After booking online, present your voucher at the 1F ticket counter
• Exchange your voucher for a physical admission ticket/wristband
• A wristband is required for entry
• Guests without a wristband will not be admitted

• Guests under 100cm in height may have difficulty participating in some activities
• Elderly guests, pregnant guests, and guests with disabilities may face restrictions on certain activities. Please contact the venue in advance for further information
• Wearing pants and sneakers is recommended
• Each experience may be used once only
• Re-entry is not permitted after exiting or after completing the experience
• Guardians cannot be changed during the experience
• Due to the dynamic nature of the activities, please take extra care around structures and equipment
• The venue is not responsible for accidents caused by guest negligence
• Waiting times may occur during peak seasons, weekends, and public holidays
• Admission may close earlier depending on on-site conditions
• Lockers are recommended for storing personal belongings
• Strollers, food and beverages, and pets are not permitted inside

• Children under 36 months old may enter free of charge with valid proof of age
• Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by an adult
• One adult may accompany up to 5 children
• Middle and high school students must bring a student ID or other valid proof of student status
• No dedicated parking is available in the building
• Public transportation is highly recommended
