- All participants must be 3+ years of age to descend underground on a tour
- It is an average of 14 degrees underground, so bring a jacket
- It is wet and damp underground
- Flat enclosed footwear is essential
- There are no toilet facilities underground
- For safety, everyone descending underground is required to wear a supplied hard hat in line with government regulations
- Headwear, including cultural headwear, cannot be worn underneath the helmet
- A private changing room can be provided
- Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and clothing suitable for walking and getting dirty, and bring warm clothing
- High-heeled shoes, baby strollers or carriages, smoking, pets except assistance dogs, food, backpacks, alcohol, drugs, bare feet, and unaccompanied minors are not allowed
- Length of experience around 75 minutes
- The tour requires a minimum of 2 participants and accommodates a maximum of 23 participants
- Dont forget to bring your camera, you'll want to remember this adventure
