It was 1st time for us to try hot air balloon. We don't need to go so far away to try hit air baloon from city. The staff were nice and professional. It was an amazing experience. We can also see the sunrise !

Likes: 1) I really experience the Hot ballon travel, its amazing, very unique experience 2) The pilot Izzati contribution on the intructions,photo pics,sharing her experience on her past is Awesome and her hospitality on hosting a dinner is fabulous Dislikes: 1) The Crew behavior is some what disappointing, They forcing us to do the ballon packing activities with out knowing our interest. 2) Especially one guy I don't no his name he wear black T-shirt(GYM body) always calls me like her staff and made me to work with out knowing my interest.At end I fired on him also Overall feedback. Overexperience was Good. Please increase your crew to do the ballon packing activities. Don't expect that from the passengers.
