• Please note that this tour does not include an English-speaking guide or tour conductor.
• Children aged 5 and above are welcome to participate.
• To prevent unauthorized resale, please provide your passport number when making your reservation. Your passport number will be verified on the day of the tour.
• For guests staying overnight, please inform us of the number of suitcases you have after booking so that we can arrange luggage storage accordingly.
• The Night Cruiser experience, including the ropeway ride, takes approximately 75 minutes in total.
• Snow Monsters are a natural phenomenon. The tour may be canceled on the day of departure due to insufficient snowfall, damaged ice formations, or severe weather conditions. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be provided; however, rescheduling to another date is not available.
• Please wear warm, layered clothing and non-slip footwear. Snow boots are highly recommended when visiting the Zao Ropeway area.
• Meals are not included. We recommend bringing your own snacks, especially for the late-night journey. Please take all trash with you, as no garbage disposal service is available.

Booking changes policy

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
