🟩 Autograph Session Registration Notes 🟩

・This event uses a lottery system and is not on a first-come, first-served basis. Only the selected winner may participate; substitution by another person is not permitted. ・Anyone who holds their own Klook account and purchases an admission ticket for the “WIND BREAKER 5th ANNIVERSARY EXHIBITION” in their own name may apply to participate in the autograph session lottery during the designated registration period. ・Registration for this event is not restricted to residents of Taiwan. Overseas residents may also purchase exhibition admission tickets and complete autograph session registration using their own Klook account; however, if selected, they must still travel in person to the event venue in Taiwan on the designated date and session to participate. ・Each participant must purchase tickets and register using a Klook account in their own name. Purchasing on behalf of others, registering for others, or participating in another person’s name is not accepted. ・Once registration information is submitted, changes to names and other details will not be accepted. Please make sure to check that the filled-in content is correct before submission. ・The winning qualification is for the winner’s personal use only and may not be transferred, resold, exchanged, or entrusted to others for participation. ・The winning session will be announced upon notification of selection and cannot be designated or changed. ・In accordance with other hosting venues, this autograph session will not publicly disclose the number of selected winners. ● Taiwan Residents: National Identity Card, National Health Insurance Card, Driver’s License, or Passport. ● Non-Taiwan Residents: Passport or Alien Resident Certificate (ARC). ※ Only original valid identification documents are accepted; photos, photocopies, printed documents, or screenshots are invalid. ※ Foreign participants will have their identity verified based on the English name listed on their passport or resident certificate. ※ Student IDs, household registration transcripts, etc., are not considered valid identification documents; expired documents will not be accepted.

🟩 Notes for the Day of the Autograph Session 🟩

・Please arrive at the venue according to the session and designated check-in time listed in the winning notification; lateness may affect participation eligibility, and requests to change to another session will not be permitted. ・Upon check-in, please present the winning notification, exhibition admission ticket, and original valid identification document. Participation is allowed only after personal identity verification is confirmed. ・Autographs can only be claimed by the selected winner in person on the day of the event. Proxy collection in any form is not accepted. ・If you fail to arrive at the venue by the designated time due to flight delays, cancellations, traffic accidents, weather conditions, physical indisposition, or any other reasons, you will not be able to obtain a makeup autograph or claim it after the event concludes. The organizer also does not provide services for mailing autographs or autographed catalogs to homes or other designated addresses. ・This event only provides autographs on the designated autograph session catalog. Merchandise, books, colored boards (shikishi), or other personal items are not accepted. ・Before the autograph session begins, please fill out the paper form provided on-site, stating the English name you wish the sensei to sign and the designated character you wish to have drawn. ・The autograph name is limited to English only; the character to be drawn must be selected from the designated characters provided on-site. Designated messages, other drawings, or individual requests will not be accepted. ・Taking photos, recording videos, or recording audio using mobile phones, cameras, or other devices is prohibited during the event. ・All belongings must be stored before entering the autograph area. Bringing any electronic or digital devices and bags is prohibited (e.g., mobile phones ❌, cameras ❌, smart glasses ❌, voice-recordable smartwatches ❌). ・On-site admission methods and event procedures may be adjusted based on actual conditions; please cooperate with the staff’s instructions. ・In the event of violence, verbal abuse, harassment of staff or other participants, or refusal to cooperate with on-site staff instructions, the organizer reserves the right to cancel participation eligibility. ・To maintain order at the autograph session venue, non-winners are not permitted to linger or crowd around the event area, nor are they allowed to engage in any behavior that disrupts or hinders the event. ・Based on event safety and on-site order, staff may conduct personal belongings checks when necessary; please cooperate with on-site instructions. ・Bringing dangerous items or contraband into the event venue is strictly prohibited. ・Gifts or fan letters cannot be handed directly to the sensei on the day of the event. Please drop them into the gift box provided on-site, and the organizer will forward them uniformly; food, beverages, fresh produce, and items requiring refrigeration or freezing will not be accepted. ・Transportation costs, airfares, accommodation fees, and other personal expenses incurred by participating in this event shall be borne entirely by the participant. ・If a participant fails to attend the autograph session due to flight delays or cancellations, traffic accidents, weather conditions, physical indisposition, or any other reasons, the organizer will not bear the aforementioned expenses, nor will it provide refunds, compensation, or other forms of indemnification. ・If the event is adjusted, postponed, or canceled due to force majeure or other necessary factors, the relevant handling methods for the event itself will be subject to the organizer’s announcements; the organizer will not bear any transportation, accommodation, or other personal expenses incurred by participants themselves.

👉 Q1: Can overseas residents also register for the autograph session? A: Yes. As long as you purchase the exhibition admission ticket using your own Klook account and complete the autograph session registration within the designated period, you can enter the lottery. After being selected, you must travel in person to the event venue in Taiwan on the designated date and session to participate.

👉 Q2: Can I purchase tickets and register for the autograph session on behalf of accompanying friends or family members? A: No. The autograph session operates under a real-name registration system. Everyone wishing to participate in the autograph session must purchase an exhibition admission ticket and complete registration using a Klook account in their own name. Winning qualifications may not be transferred to companions, friends, or family members.

👉 Q3: If I am unable to attend on the day after being selected, can a friend or family member attend or collect the autograph on my behalf? A: No. Autographs can only be claimed by the selected winner in person on the day of the event. Proxy participation or proxy collection is not accepted. Additionally, autographs cannot simply be mailed to your home.

👉 Q4: If I cannot arrive due to flight delays, traffic accidents, or other reasons, can the autograph be mailed to me afterward? A: No. Regardless of the reason for failing to arrive at the venue by the designated time, services for makeup autographs, makeup collection, or mailing autographs and autographed catalogs to homes or other designated addresses will not be provided after the event ends.
