• The chartered vehicle service duration is 10 consecutive hours (calculated from the boarding point to the return to the drop-off point). Overtime requires an additional fee. The overtime fee is 6,000 Japanese yen per hour for a 7-seater vehicle and 8,000 Japanese yen per hour for a 10-seater vehicle. Any duration less than 1 hour is counted as 1 hour, to be paid directly to the driver-guide on-site.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
• Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility

Accessibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Child seats are not available
• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
• Participants using wheelchairs/mobility equipment should be accompanied

Vehicle & luggage info

• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• Partial refund rules: 1. Provided it does not violate local road safety laws, in the event of overtime caused by force majeure factors during the itinerary—such as heavy rain, heavy snow, traffic jams, or traffic accidents—our drivers and guides reserve the right to adjust, replace, or cancel attractions based on time constraints. 2. If customers are late and cause overtime, the overtime fee must be paid on the spot directly to the driver or guide by the late-arriving guests according to local overtime fee rules. 3. If any activity vendor is not open during the activities in the itinerary, this itinerary assumes no responsibility.
